Jenn has provided excellent feedback and strategies on how to improve my social media content with my business The Spiritual Shop. I loved working with her and would recommend her to any small business looking to expand their social media marketing campaigns.

Jenn Donovan's 'Small Business Made Simple' podcast is my favourite business-based podcast and is on my listening queue every Thursday. I have learned so much from both Jenn's solo episodes, as well as from the incredible range of interesting guests who appear regularly in episodes.

I have also worked with Jenn as part of the Digital Solutions Program where I received low-cost mentoring sessions that were catered perfectly to my business needs at the time and gave me some helpful actions to take to help me grow my business.

Jenn is also a fantastic workshop presenter and guest speaker - I have hired her for this and her contributions to my event were appreciated and well-received by my clients.

On top of this I have also attended one of Jenn's amazing retreats and was able to network with a group of wonderful women, many of whom I remain connected to.

I recently purchased Jenn’s book, Small Town Big Impact, which has over 100 marketing strategies written specifically for regional businesses. I found most of them to be helpful and very relevant, happily applying sticky notes throughout the book to mark things I need to action! I followed this up by attending her free webinar about marketing trends in 2024, where Jenn shared valuable insights into current marketing strategies.

Sometimes you wonder why people have chosen the career that they occupy. With Jenn there is no wondering! She is the absolute girl for the job she occupies! Her expertise, exuberance and passion for marketing, and the socialness within her media platforms shine through in all that she does and says. Her podcasts are A1! Listen to them! Jenn Donovan has been a fantastic social media and marketing expert for me this year. My social media strategy was basic and sporadic to say the least - Jenn has helped me formulate a social media plan and execute consistently across a number of platforms with her knowledge and experience.
I have relied on Jenn's easy to understand step-by-step online lessons for Facebook ad optimisation and preparation of Leadpages, as well as her expert knowledge face-to-face and on the phone / Skype. In addition, Jenn has been exactly the type of marketing & accountability coach I was looking for this year. The right blend of push, pull, encourage and challenge to get me moving in the right direction - particularly when it can be so easy to push marketing to the side when it is busy (and most needed).

Jenn's Women in Business retreat held @Airtree Resort in Yarrawonga was just brilliant. The intimate group bonded so well, the sharing of information and ideas all facilitated by Jenn was just so amazing. Jenn had everything organised and we didnt have to lift a finger all weekend, all the food was provided and the rtreat had a bit of everything to make me feel energised; a womens health expert, a basic yoga class that made me feel refreshed, so much valuable content for my business, amazing participants and so much food - I have walked away with more new friends and so many ideas to take back and implement into my bsuiness - thank you Jenn you are one in a million!

I attended a Women in Business retreat that was run by Jenn, and it was such a brilliant experience!
She put together an amazing weekend, it was well planned, organised and executed. She picked the perfect venue (Airtree Resort in Yarrawonga), had the best program of speakers and activities, as well as factoring in some great relaxing and down time. And the catering was SUPERB!
I enjoyed every aspect of the retreat and learnt so much - we had sessions on wellness, social media, marketing, business financial goals, brainstorming, goal setting and a great feedback session on our websites and social media presence. Plus we also got to do a wonderful Yoga session and a brilliant Paint & Sip activity, followed by a chill out time around the fire pit with a glass of wine.
The whole weekend was amazing, and I met some wonderful business owners.
I can't wait to do another retreat Jenn organises!
