I came in yesterday for a foot X-ray. I only had to wait for a few minutes, the staff were lovely and efficient, and I had the results back within 24 hours.

Great service. Was on the bed at the time of the appointment started (when has that ever happened at all medical facility?) procedure done and out the door within 15 minutes.

Have had an ultrasound and CT scan carried out by the team. Impressed by their positive manner and efficiency as well as that of the team at Reception.

I have been to this place a couple of times for my scans. Every staff member I encountered at Medscan demonstrated professionalism, competence, and a genuine passion for their work. Special thanks to Zoe and Christine who performed my X-ray and U/S today:)

I recently had an ultrasound with Luping and had a wonderful experience (especially considering this is ordinarily quite uncomfortable). Highly recommend seeing Luping, she was lovely, professional and kind.

This place was recommended me by my friend, but when I read Google reviews I was not quite sure if I should go there.
I tried and I was surprised with their fantastic service.
The receptionists are very polite and helpful. The specialist was very professional, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in assisting me. Plus the big advantage is that ultrasound in Sydney CBD Xray is bulk billed.
I highly recommend their service and I will definitely be happy to come back for other tests in the future.

Friendly service at the front desk, they even let me know that they are running a few minutes late and apologised for the slight delay. As for the scan I got the technician was very thorough and explained to me what they were doing and seeing on the screen. Lastly you can also get your imaging results sent directly to your phone which is efficient if you need them quickly.

I have been there maybe 3 times,no 1 issue.
I higly reccomend this practice.
And the young Doctor is also very good and polite and gentle 5 stars at all.

I had an MRI here and there was no waiting time or any issues. The staff were very helpful and the practice is easy to find. There is also parking close-by on Kent Street.

You have to walk through a line of people going for covid testing to enter this place. Not the fault of the provider, but put your mask on before going to the level. I had an urgent MRI done, which was not covered by Medicare. The technician was respectful and kind and gave me the scans to take home on the spot. Reception were up front about the cost over the phone when booking. However, the results took 5 days which is too long to wait for urgent MRI results. Followed up 4 times between myself and my GP. I'm understanding that there was a public holiday that week, but communication could have been better. I would have made an appointment for something bulk billed elsewhere if I had known there would be such a wait.

I am extremely disappointed that the make a false report on my long time injury.

I had a CT scan just to update my injury at work this company had made a false opinion about my condition.

in the past I have a few mri scan, Ct scan, X-ray ,and bone scan same injury all of this reports had nearly same opinion about my injury.

Medscan use to do a good job for me they are my favourite one . But not this time the upset me so bad. Specially I have so many reports regarding my condition they cannot lie to me.

Avoid public coming to this company if your condition under insurance. You wasting your time and money.

Never comeback this radiology again , hiding an extremely serious condition, for me is tilling , you can suffer and die. That’s what all about. Money power!

Went here for an ultrasound that came back as all good. To be precise: 'no adnexal mass or fluid seen', one week later I had an appointment with a specialist and he did another ultrasound and found within the first 5 seconds a 4cm round cyst inside of me. This company helps people fast without much of a waiting time, but the fact that they miss an extremely 'easily findable' cyst concerns me massively. I hope that they don't muck up many more results of other patients that have pain/issues because it might cause them a permanent ending. I will not go here again under any circumstances. I also do not recommend anyone visiting this company. Next to this fact, the receptionists are able to schedule appointments, but then forgot to tell you about the pre care for your appointment, seen by the visible annoyance of staff on the day itself..
I called the company to let them know the mistake they made and the receptionist fell quiet and did not know what to say. Stay healthy out there, so avoid this company.
