When you are taken unwell when abroad, you need the utmost warmth, friendliness, and reassurance because the possibility of things going awry is always at the back of your mind. I, however, couldn’t have had a better experience. The reception staff were most welcoming and the smoothness with which my case was handled was excellent. Similarly my appointment with the doctor was so much more thorough than I had remotely expected and her reassuring manner and the time she paid to my condition was surprising. I left with not only the prescription I needed but docs to support my insurance claim, and feeling well on the way to recovery. Thank you all.

Easy to get an appointment. Dr. Katherine Leonard listened to my concerns, addressed them easily in a Standard 20 minute consultation. I would happily see her again if the need arose.

I wanted to share my thanks with Michele and Penny. Yesterday, I was bit blindsided by a diagnosis, and a bit out of it. Michele, who was in the room helping create a referral as HealthShare was down, saw this and provided guidance and warmth. As there were system challenges and it looked likely that the referral would be handwritten, she took the referral and made sure it was typed, etc, so I was assured to have an easy experience with the next specialist. I also had to leave quickly to get to my job and they emailed it to me so it was really easy. I really felt supported the entire way through. A really big thank you for all your help and warmth!

Friendly, efficient medical practice on beautiful Manly beach. This was my first visit to SSMC and I could not speak more highly of the practice. Lots of advice on how to interact with them and the Medicare system. Highly recommend

Dr Jon Levinston is solid, professional, friendly and top notch. He has been excellent in the treatment of me and my family. The staff are efficient and the experience shows.

Our experience was excellent. We are traveling (no Medicare) and had a sick child. We made an appointment within an hour - easy check in, little wait and then attended by a skilled and caring physician Dr. Elana Roseth.

Was able to get a last minute appointment for my son at the end of the day to avoid a trip to the hospital & the doctor stayed past opening hours to help. Really appreciate the care & effort taken to look after us - highly recommend this practice.

Great Medical Centre , staff are Helpful and Happy .I have chronic back issues and DrBullen has been so good with my Health care plan . I would not go to another medical centre ever
