T&Z Lighting Co

We have worked with David & T&Z for over 5 years and has always been our go-to lighting supplier. Always assisted me with my tight project completion dates and we rarely have had any fault with his lights. When the odd lighting failure has happened, David has had a replacement covered pretty much immediately.

I have purchased lights of T&Z for many years, they always have great lighting at the right prices. They are always willing to help and do what is required to get the projects done. Keep up the great work!

I bought the lights from T&Z for several times, all with good quality, and yesterday one didn’t work, I talked to the guy and easily got the solution, very helpful.

A sincere advice to every electrician, DO NOT buy T & Z lights at all, otherwise you will regret, and you will have nightmares!

One of the buildings that I done unfortunately I used T&Z lights. Initially we changed most of their tubes as they don't last. Also when the fire report came, I had more than 30 EMG lights, their batteries are totally not working and when I requested these batteries from my electrical supplier, the answer was that the T&Z manger said they are older than 3 year, then I sent the invoices directly to David from T&Z showing him that the invoices are less than 3 years, the answer was that these are under warranty for 2 years only and refused to resupply these batteries under warranty.
I have never experience that many faulty items at once.
All other lights that I installed on different buildings from different suppliers for 3 years any problem with any light, the builder or strata call the supplier directly and they comes on site and fix them without me knowing.
Very disappointed with both service and product and I highly do NOT recommend.

Bought a few spitfire lights from them. After installing a few most didn’t work. Wanted to return the rest and was told there was a 20% re-stocking fee. Quite painful experience to spend the day up a ladder replacing lights to then turn the power on and have to get back up and replace a heap of them. Save yourself the time and just buy a better quality product.

As an Electrical Wholesaler, we refuse to stock, quote or supply any of their products. T&Z are a nightmare to deal with, in regards to warranty or any after sales service. DO NOT BOTHER
