It was great! Most of the time you do it learning at home, through videos, which makes it easier. The people in the videos are very engaging and keep you paying attention. I didn’t like the way the redhead talked though, because it felt very “robotic” and I found my attention span dispersing more with her.
Then you go in person to do the practical experience. Rosemary was fabulous. Easy to explain and impair simple and efficient information.
I did the Red Cross certificate before this one, and this one is 10 times better because as I said, you do it at your pace at home. I will suggest though, booking the course at least two days before the face-to-face. As there are many videos it could be tiring. I booked my session with only one day to learn online and my brain was fried after all those videos, I would have preferred to split it into two days. Hope this helps! Cheers

We had Anthony as our instructor yesterday. He is fun and very knowledgeable towards first aid. Instructions were very clear and precise and we had hands on experience too. We were constantly encouraged to ask questions about the topics discussed to clarify our thoughts and concerns. Thanks guys!

I have been doing course from this centre from past 10 years and all my staff too. Instructor Rosemary is the best I have had her now couple of times and Ian is always helpful if any issues with online training and registration. One of the best places to have First Aid course in Northern Beaches
