Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Nice quiet location although main road can be noisy during certain times of the day. A great motel with fantastic management. Best motel in Casino. Short walk to main shopping area clubs pubs and restaurants

Such wonderful staff. Clean and tidy rooms. Comfortable beds. Convenient location, close to amenities (supermarket, pubs, takeout).

Greg was extremely accommodating especially with short notice. Will be back again.

Friendly helpful staff , rooms are spotless and motel is in a very good location, I have travelled all over Australia for work staying in motels in all states , remote locations and big cities but this guys definitely the nicest people I’ve met so far .

Clean and well equipped rooms. Really friendly and helpful staff. Parking right outside your room and right in town, a short stroll to pubs and RSL. Would definitely stay here again.

Sherwood hotel in lismon canceled our booking last minute. Its the 23rd 22:32 and the really nice owner of this hotel picked up the phone and took us in. I can 100% recomend this place. Really nice owner spaceous clean rooms and good parking.

We booked here last minute as we'd had a few rough nights camping and consider ourselves very lucky to have secured two rooms.

The rooms were both perfectly presented, immaculate, comfortable and spacious.

We've been travelling for over a week and this has been the best presented motel we've stayed at.

The pool was clean, large and a perfect way to cool off in the heat.

It is as though the motel staff had thought of everything to create a homely environment.

The staff were very kind, personable and welcoming.

Rooms are always cleaned and neat. Amazing cleanliness and the hosts are absolutely amazing and attentive.

We came with a group of 11 for work and they made sure that not only us, but other guests were looked after at the same time!

Very helpful host Paul guided me after the train was delayed. Provided the taxi phone number to help me reach the motel. I appreciate such service. Comfy bed, hot shower and a good night sleep.

It's not 5 star, nor is it presented as such. In comparison to similar sites it's well in front. Very friendly and obliging proprietors, spotlessly clean and centrally located to all local amenities. Very good value for money.

The atmosphere, with impeccably clean room and pool /bar-b-que area.
A magic venue in which to rest and recuperate.
The managers were helpful and very approachable.
We spent three glorious weeks here and enjoyed every moment.

My husband and I have stayed at the Milgate over many years. The same owners Vicki and Mark have been there for 13 years. They are a delightful couple - friendly and obliging and run a very well kept motel. The pool is especially good in the long hot summer. I can thoroughly recommend the Milgate
