Great array of stock n wonderful customer service n large carpark.
Staff always happy to assist
Need to life in own hands in the carpark at times
But sadly some items are not in stock
Plus it is sad how their own staff cannot put the trolley back in the trolley bay but leave in spare carpark

Busy friendly staff, good parking, decent deli, well set out inside. Some of the staff know exactly where everything is and whether its in stock which saves me hours of wandering around searching.
It's always a pleasant experience for someone who hates shopping.

Great store with friendly and helpful workers that are happy to help every customer even while performing other various tasks such as stocking shelves, I have never had an unpleasant experience with the staff and have only good things to say. Each and every worker should be commended for their friendliness and attention to detail.

When shopping in Casino, I shop at both Woolworths and Coles as they are opposite each other and this is dependant on specials. I particularly like Coles Casino as the ailses are wide and overall it appears more modern than Woolworths. I find also that Coles tends to utilise Australian growers and manufacturers more than Woolworths as I rarely purchase anything not grown or produced in Australia.
I was there however only yesterday 20Feb2023 and noticed that many shelves were low on products although staff were madly rushing to restock. Unfortunately, the items I selected from the half price app were nowhere to be seen so it was Woolworths that sorted my shopping list.

Love Coles. Do all my shopping there. Staff are great plus Newsagent in same complex along with Noodle Shop and hugh bargain shop. Do everything within 25 metres.

I like the atmosphere around it the loud high pitched sounds of millions of diseased bats swarming the area is music to my ears but yeah the shops good highly recommend

There were plenty of the smaller but higher trolleys that I find easier to push.
I found what I was looking for in the assigned aisle.
Staff are always friendly and helpful.

I prefer shopping at Coles. Less people, more room in the car park and lower prices. Edit: I still prefer shopping at Coles. 😀

Helpful staff , good product range , they let me go through express item lane on Sunday night even though I was a couple of items over item limit , as I choose not to use self serve.

Very friendly staff and an all round pleasant shopping experience. Will definitely return to shop here.

To the lovely ladies that were on the late shift tonight I didn't get your names im sorry but i want to say a huge thank you! I called Coles Casino when i was in Kyogle as we realised we had left our babies bottles and formula at home. They over the phone grabbed every thing we needed for bottles and formula for our baby and let us in after hours to pay for this so we could give our baby a bottle. We were passing through from Brisbane as we are going away for the weekend and this was our last hope till the morning. I can not thank you both enough!!

I love the team at Coles casino, they are so wonderful and fun to be around and make shopping a breeze they are understanding and very compassionate, I won't shop anywhere else because of this team, thank you Coles Casino 💖

Love shopping at Coles casino ,love the experience of shopping in a calming environment, everything is spacious and I find what I want with ease.

Good place for large or small grocery shop. Beware of cashiers that can't subtract $80 neat from $314. Smh.

They were very helpful, coming from Victoria I only had to ask for help in finding things and the staff were more than keen to help.

Great store well presented has amazing fresh bakery items low prices
