The Clydesdale Motel & Steakhouse

Room was lovely and clean, bed was really good, had a good nights sleep, pillows were just right. Love the location, as it is set back from the main road, quiet and a pleasure to stay there. Reasonably priced, have stayed in other motels, not of the same standard, but were far more expensive.
We also had dinner in the Steakhouse Restaurant, that was also really good, great atmosphere, a lot of memorabilia in there to check out as well. The service was good, the staff were pleasant and meals were very good.
Would thoroughly recommend, both the Motel and the Steakhouse.

The Room was exceptionally clean and spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The owners went above and beyond even offering their vehicle to us to travel down town as we were travelling a semi.
The restaurant offers great food and the staff are friendly and helpful.

What a great set up. Having the restaurant on the grounds makes life easy. The eating and bar facilities also double as a reception centre when needed. I loved the Clydesdale setting and paraphernalia add to the atmosphere.
Rooms were spacious and clean and the parking was generous. I will be back!

We had a couple of nights here just as a getaway. The room was very clean and fresh smelling, and the bathroom was immaculate. The host and every staff member were friendly and obliging. There is not a lot to see around Casino, but ideal for a restful break.

Hi everyone, I definately am not a person that does this but on this occasion I knew I had to make a public thank you and let all prospective couples know what a Great Wedding venue the Clydesdale is. Marg and the staff prepared and presented a truely wonderful evening. The facility, the meal, the accommodation, the atmosphere was perfect.

Wow! Thank you Clydesdale motel! My partner and I stayed at at the Clydesdale for 3 nights last week as we were visiting an ill family member in casino. Stu was absolutely fabulous and so helpful from the get go! From the moment I sent my initial enquiry to the moment we checked in and we were welcomed with a warm and friendly face, to the moment checked out the service we received there was definitely top notch! The room was well maintained, comfortable and plenty of space for two adults. We ate at the steakhouse on site 2 of those nights and were equally as pleased with the fabulous meals and the service we received! Could not recommend highly enough! Made our sombre stay in casino a pleasant and comfortable one! We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Clydesdale and will definitely be back! Thank you!

Wonderful atmosphere. Great food. Very accommodating for our wheelchair guest. Staff were just amazing. So friendly. So willing to assist us with our needs. Would be a magnificent venue for a wedding or other event. Definitely a must try. The accommodation is also wonderful. Neat and tidy rooms. Big and spacious. Fantastic place.

One of the best T bone steaks I have had in years. Pepper and Diane sauce was excellent. Massive serving size and great value for money.

Have been to Casino a few times now & this is the best place to stay! The rooms are clean & well kept. The Barn Steakhouse is amazing! The food was so good & the barn set up we loved, such a nice relaxed vibe too. All staff were friendly & accommodating. Highly recommend.

Stayed here about a week ago after driving around casino and finding nothing to my liking and the cost of everywhere was ridiculous. Then did some googling and found the Clydesdale. Called them up. Were cheaper than others also a bonus that is has a magnificent steak house restaurant attached. Rooms were being renovated and had new carpets and smelt fresh and clean. Good size room. Beds really comfortable. Lovely quiet area to stay and no road noise. Best surf and turf meal I have had in ages. Drinks well priced and food great. Service was great. Acting manager was awesome. Such a lovely place. Highly recommend it to anyone. ☺

Attended a function at the barn. Great atmosphere, attentive staff, tasty food delivered in a very timely manner to our large group.
Stayed overnight at the motel. Clean. Comfortable rooms, slept well. Reasonably priced.
Would happily do it all over again.

Awesome food at good prices. Awesome friendly staff and overall everything is what I heard obout the place. Give it a go and try to prove me wrong. You won't be disappointed.😀

I stayed here in 2020 just after the first state lock down. The motel room was clean including the bathroom. The motel is located far enough from the road for road noise not to be a problem.
The Barn Steakhouse which is next door was fantastic serving superb food although not every dish was steak. I made one mistake I asked for a large portion and boy did I get a large portion. If you're use to eating boutique meals with a small to mid size portion on a huge plate at the Barn Steakhouse a large portion means just that and I received a meal that covered the huge plate.
I'd have no hesitation staying there again and if you're in Casino I suggest you stay there too.

I love this place! Absolutely delicious meals, would recommend a chicken parmi, you just can't go wrong! Superb atmosphere too. Both times I've been we've had to wait about an hour to be served, which at first I found annoying, but it's actually really awesome because you get to chat heaps with the people you're with (if your meal is brought out straight away, you'll often eat it, not chat heaps and then leave soon after you finish - I guarantee ya)! Dale the Fence Guru and I appreciate the wait.

Brilliant food and value. Attended a friends wedding and totally enjoyed the menu and the format. Five choices. I had the biggest Rump I've ever been served. All the salads as many trips as you want and great desserts. Fabulous night, great atmosphere and would thoroughly recommend if you are organising a wedding or function.

Best accommodation and feed in town. Both the steaks and pork ribs are top shelf!👌

Love the food, great atmosphere, great service. Had my wedding there, was amazing, they look after me and my family and friends so well. Been going there for meals for over 5 years, it is never bad. Plus very good priced.

Clean well kept rooms with good prices and friendly helpful staff. They offer room service and the meals are excellent and large servings. You definitely won't go hungry after staying here. Really happy with the choice for a quick overnight stay.
