What a gem of a place for 3 or 4 night's camping in the forest. Nanga Brook campground is great but gets busy. Nov to May you will need to book. Great campsites with good toilets and water that is not potable. Bike trails, bush walking and swimming at Lane Pool. We will be back

Even over the Christmas NYE break this camping ground was brilliant.

We booked 6 months ahead. Great spot. Lots of different camp grounds to choose from.

Dog friendly. RV dump. Toilets. Rubbish bins at entrance of each camp ground.

Lots to see and do. River Murray and bush beautiful.

Definitely will be back. Will book further ahead and get a camp ground further into the park to enjoy the bush more.

Extremely well looked after. Clean. Well marked camp sites.

Beautiful large camp-site on the banks of Nanga brook with room for easily 50 campers. One of the few campsites at Lane Pool Reserve that does not require booking. Good facilities with campfires, bins and toilets with dogs allowed on leash. Can get busy around new years and Aussie day.

Great campground in Dwellingup bush camp & can be booked at Parks & Wildlife WA. It has tent sites & caravan or camper trailer sites for everyone.

Children can exploring the bush tracks surrounding the bushland and playing or swimming at the streams or river nearby. If everyone wants to do more adventure activity, Tree Adventure just around the corner of the campsite which take you about 8 mins by walking. Start from easy to challenging course, please book in advance.

Drive out to the orchard farms for fresh procedure of the season and exploring suurounding towns. Otherwise just stay at the campsite to read a book or enjoy the natural atmosphere.

Always busy during the long weekend at the Site. Take your rubbish out to the nearest bin. No water provided for drinking or showering, Drop toilets only, fire pits provided for individual tent site if fire permitted.

Just to prepare early and drive safely according for the road speed. Double demerits points applied in WA.

Nice big spots, plus some tent areas. Right next to the Brook. Some sites less bush, more structured but that gives you more options.

There is a public campground. You don't need to book in advance. A ranger will collect the camping fee from you.

Great camping, but man was it hot. Unfortunately it is difficult to get shade. We had to abort our last day because the temperature was in the 40s. We drove down to the Drakesbrook weir where there was a wonderful cool breeze.

The booked area very organised and clean. Had an amazing peaceful weekend.
You need screw in pegs to put your tent as the ground is too hard for normal steel pegs.

Great camping spots for tenting, campers and caravans. Mostly shaded sites. Beautiful walks and lots of creeks to play in ( we have had a lot of rain) we visited in August 2021 so would possibly be a bit drier in summer months.

Absolutely loved camping here . Amazing place cant wait to come back. The drop toilets were very clean to , all in all a wonderful place to camp . Also my husband fell and hurt his foot and the lovely lady park rangers went out off their way to drive him back to camp , thank you ladies xThe only thing i can fault is its not very accommodating for roof top tents and awning tents as there are post to stop you driving to the camp spot, so unfortunately my friends and i ended up setting up camp in the parking bay .

The largest campground in Lane Poole Reserve is Nanga Mill, ideal for small groups camping together. Nanga Brook flows through the campground and the Murray River is accessible from the site. With wonderful recreational opportunities on offer and the freedom to set up anywhere under the shelter of the pines, Nanga Brook is a popular spot. Nanga Brook Camping Ground is amazing place for camping adventure. We have been camping lots of places from North to South in Western Australia, Nanga Brook is on the best place we have been few days ago. The Camp site is surrounded by Pine trees. Beautiful view, lots of green trees. Water river, walking trails, Toilet facility, dogs are allowed. Campsite is very well maintained, We had a beautiful frozen night. The Night view is spectacular, lots of activity for all ages of community. Love this place, you will love as well. Must go place.

The place is clean, tidy and has non stinky drop toilets which is a rarity for bush camping. The fact that you can book the sites is a major plus as when it is peak season it's always hard to find a spot. The communal bbqs, campfire and tables make it a great area for big groups as well as the way all the camps are clustered together.

I really like this place. It was my first time visit. I get there Saturday 2pm. It was packed with car and people. People said it is because of the long weekend but usually it is not that packed.

There is toilet but usually toilet paper is runed out. No light In the toilet. So get head light.

Bring your own firewoods. You can buy woods on the way at Dwellingup.

No phone connection / no power.

I haven't seen any water fountain. I not fully sure. I might have missed it.
