This visit was the second time I’ve dine jn this modern Japanese restaurant.
I had duck ramen for dinner and it was unbelievably good!
Very sophisticated broth, combination duck and truffle was amazing too!
Chicken ramen is another dish that chef serves has a clean taste strong chicken broth, beautifully crafted, my new favorite ramen dish in sydney for sure!

Staffs are friendly, professional and attentive, nice atmosphere, beautiful presentations, good menu options, delicious.
Everything was very thoughtful and aesthetically pleasing. Finding street parking will be a bit tough if you drive.
Overall really awesome date & hangout spot.

We came to this restaurant for dinner and were extremely impressed. The food is delicious and the presentation is out of this world ! A lot of detail and preparation went into each dish, and flavour combinations go really well together. The customer service was friendly and efficient. Loved everything and will definitely be back.

This is a gem find! I came here for a belated birthday dinner celebration with my husband and daughter last Thursday, 7th Dec. It is tucked away in a side street between a couple of buildings. The food is exquisite and well presented. The menu is amazing with a variety of very interesting and unusual dishes that were incredibly delicious.
We had Otsukuri, Cauliflower Mizore, Nasu Gommae, Omakase Tempura, Scallops, and Waygu Sute'eki (the best I've ever eaten - melt in your mouth). We had about six cocktails between us and didn't disappoint.
If you are after fine dining at a reasonable price, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Well done to the chef/s, and a team of very attentive staff members.

Delicious!! Friendly staff, cute space (so nice on a warm evening to sit outside), and food was fantastic! Not just “another” Japanese restaurant- refined and interesting. Eg our Balmain big (a special) tempura came with Balmain bug head mayo (not just kewpie) and salt / lobster salt combined as the salt served with the dish - just thing like this which elevated it from usual fare. Would return!

We tried the new Izakaya Nights menu and it exceeded our expectations. The presentation of everything was very beautiful, the flavours were unique and interesting, and the staff were very hospitable and welcoming. They incorporated a lot of thoughtful additions as we were celebrating a birthday, and also very good about proactively managing a food intolerance.

It was surprisingly quiet on the Thursday night we visited but I am sure it will pick up once more people discover this hidden gem.

Our favourite dish was the swordfish mizozuke, the soy tonyu dashi was very delicious and flavourful.

A neat little Japanese cafe tucked away from the main road. The service was fantastic and the staff was super friendly and attentive. I feel like the taste and the food was good but wasn’t that memorable though especially considering the price. I felt the very pretty bowls and plates and interesting presentation left more of an impression than the taste of the food.

Very nice food and friendly service. I’ve been wanting to try TenTo for a while and am so glad that I did. The Ochasuke was very fragrant. The portions didn’t look huge but were very filling. Bonus points for the very aesthetic look of all the food. The iced black sesame latte was very tasty too.

Went here for a special occasion and we were blown away. The fish was fresh, plating and crockery were beautiful, and drinks delicious. The cafe is a hidden gem and definitely worth the price point for a treat every once and a while. I highly recommend you come here at least once!

Great food with good presentation, super friendly staffs, tucked in location with a chill vibe. The food portion was a bit on the smaller sized compared to most cafes.

Really high quality food which is presented extremely well. Filter coffee & sesame latte also on point.

Tried the two specials & completely blown away. Will go back for the rest of the menu. Crab ochazuke was my favourite.

Hands down my favourite spot for brunch in Sydney. Tucked away hidden gem that not enough people know about, I’m still able to walk into Tento without needing a reservation. Every dish is an artwork, but my favourite is their Tantan Ochazuke and a dish from their specials menu the Mentaiko Udon. A must visit, detail oriented and friendly little joint. I try to bring all my friends here if they haven’t been.

Food was so amazing and not overpowering in taste. We had a little bit of everything (lucky we were in a group of 4!).

I had their truffle special and though the truffle was super subtle it was quite flavourful! Finished off with their mochi dessert as we don't live close so had to take advantage of everything and was so surprised at how good it was!

I'm a coffee fiend so had to grab a cup. Coffee was great and I love their cups :)

Tried their specials and dessert and they didn’t disappoint. Matcha latte and sesame latte were a hit. However the handle of the pot was faulty and my friend didn’t realize it and the pot fell off and the soup spilled over her skirt. The staff were attentive and caring enough to take care of the mess and they apologized to us. It’s kind of them for not having us to pay for our meal. Thumbs up to their good service.

One of the must-go places in Sydney! We loved the hotate tantan ochazuke so much!🤩 fluffy rice and fresh sashimi in creamy broth, so irresistible. Loved the way they serve drinks in special and nice-looking clay cup.
The customer service was one of the best I have had. 😊
Would definitely be back!

Salmon ochazuke is delicious and special to served as breakfast. No need to book an appointment just walk-in. Service is friendly. Hope to try a second time
