The food is really good and we love the pandan tofu pudding here. It was not too sweet and so light to eat. Really enjoyed food here.

The menu selection was huge with many interesting options. We ordered a variety of dishes and they were all delicious and serving size was generous. Angie the owner was welcoming and made sure we were well looked after. The place is clean, spacious and fitted our large group comfortably. We’ll definitely be back.

Had an awesome time at Rickshaw. Staff were catering and it wasn’t too packed for a Friday night. Their Pandan To Fu Fa was delicious but the pandan felt more at the bottom so important to scoop it up. Great texture and accompanying syrup. The veggies were me second favourite. Very flavourful and lots of onion garlic and spices. The other dishes like the rice and meegoreng were pretty standard. Roti platter was alright, would’ve been nicer with the fluffier and buttery roti. Overall great feed! Will be back.

The sweet lady runs both this and the restaurant next to it. You can usually see her supervising. If you ask nicely you can order from two separate menus.

Dry Laksa is such a unique dish & it’s delicious: just like laksa soup, but in fried noodle version! All the foods here are good & reasonably priced. My fave was the Crispy Chicken Laksa 😘. The laksa soup is very creamy & full of flavour, and such a great portion too! However the laksa could get rich after a while, I’d recommend to share this dish rather than having the whole bowl of laksa all to yourself.

it was filled to the brim and can feed 3-4 people 🤤 they nailed the laksa flavour 😋 the wagyu was super tender too.. u can choose other toppings or just the laksa soup pot for different price points!

thank this is the most expensive cut, they have cheaper which is the scotch fillet for $28.8 😋 honestly yum with the sambal and coleslaw that comes w it!

so many diff textures from the sago, coconut cream and crunchy cornflakes! love that they have the gula melaka separately to adjust the sweetness!

Very unique Singaporean/ Malaysian fusion foods with reasonable prices! I love their tapas which are all $9.8 each! The the Ayam Bakar and Res Wine Beef Mee Pok were the highlights of the night! Next time I need to try their Laksa hotpot before winter ends!

Genuinely surprised by the low rating here. Came here with very low expectations and left with a great impression!

Service was friendly and didn't rush us. Set expectations with us about cooking time (claypot rice takes minimum 20 mins).

Food was delicious (especially the avocado crab dip, fried tofu, steamed egg) but the price was super good! We ordered too much for 4 people and the total was only $117.

Really impressed and will definitely be back.

Lot of great menu here both main and dessert, chicken on rice was so yummy as well, pudding in bucket like wow but really limited per day with the bucket. Recommended

Singaporean and Malaysian comfort food in the heart of Burwood Emerald Square. I love coming here for their creamy laksa with crispy chicken. Their braised beef egg noodles is also amazing. Would recommend visiting and bringing cash!

I had the lunch special that came with a complimentary fruit tea. The Main course I ordered was the fish porridge. It was delicious and comforting on a rainy day, not too salty and fish was so fresh. The portion was generous. The staff are friendly and my colleagues had beef gravy with rice and was excellent too. I give them another star if I could.

Lunch special at Pot & sizzle is very good! Tried some of the other dishes like the teochew fish porridge & Singapore stir fried noodles was really nice! Today had the black pepper beef so tender & tasty! Very reasonable price strongly recommended!!

the pandan tofu not taste the pandan much n the quantity not as much as IG story said.n..they seem 2 used store brought pandan soy milk?

Clean tidy bright restaurant with a great range of Singaporean dishes. Not expensive. We had stir fry water spinach, yum, dry laksa mixed seafood, loved the noodles and sauce, and out favourite, chicken curry, just delicious. Ample for 3 adults with some rice. Definitely be back.

Our first time here and we were happy to stumble onto this place. Nice to see Singaporean Malaysian dishes that were delicious and well cooked. Good sizes. The squid kang kung was a standout. The chicken curry was tasty, and the nasi lemak's sambal had a good kick to it. We'll be back.

We eaten for 3 people n truly enjoying the food pipis with sambal,the chicken nanking n fried fish with Singaporean sauce.
The food taste specially the pipis is our highlight dishes

Good Malaysian food. If you like kreta Ayer then this is the place for you! Hainese chicken was cooked perfectly with a variety of sauces, laksa was delicious with just the right amount of creaminess (wish it was spicier though) and the sambal prawns were very hot (be careful there's a delay reaction with the chilli) their Pandan bean curd was super delicious, very smooth and silky with a Pandan finish without being overly sweet (I really wish it was served hotter. It would have been absolutely perfect)

Had the seafood white mee hoon and it was really good! The vermicelli perfectly soaked up the umami seafood broth and it tastes like Singaporean style hokkien mee without the yellow noodles. Fried fish fillets were really fresh and tasty, we really enjoyed the dish. It was so good we ordered another to take away!
