Freshworks have been getting better and better every single year. We have a local account manager based in AUS that understands our needs and use of their product. We are happy with the product and technical support we have been getting, and features of the products we use.

A lot of our workflows depend on guest and owner emails, calls, and chat. We rely heavily on Freshdesk, Freshcaller and Freshchat being reliable and easy to use. Freshworks has risen to the challenge, and keeps getting better year on year.

We are using Freshdesk for customer service on a tool we developed.
I can tell you that is really handy for project management. It can decrease the number of calls/mail you receive thanks to the knowledge base (such a great feature by the way) but also gather feedback and make the right choice in terms of development. No need of instruction manual and we can update all necessary documents in there. It's very easy to use and manage. I can only recommend to use Freshdesk.

Definitely a Great place to work. Hardly any SAAS company in ANZ have a global presence. Great place to learn. Great culture. New Learnings everyday makes this place a great environment to grow :)

I really have to downgrade my review.
From the time we started with you to now, your customer service response rate has continued to decline. In some cases, we could be waiting 7 days for a response

They charged us over 1000 dollars for purchasing 1 phone number (which we never purchased at the end).

We simply gave them our credit card details and never purchased anything on their website.

They charged us over 1000 bucks for basically nothing and refuse to issue a refund or cancel our membership.

This practice should be against any possible law.

We have now contacted our bank to get our money back because these thieves don't want to provide a solution.

Junk software riddled with bugs most features don't work and the support is not great...the only thing freshworks is good at is destroying your peace of mind.

Beware - this company appears to effectively be a scam. I signed up for a trial 3 years ago, and have been trying to cancel since. I've emailed, left messages, used their website contact form. I even disputed the charges through my bank, and somehow the bank can't stop them. They just keep rolling through.

Give them your credit card details at your own risk.

Hopeless salespeople. They promise you things to get the sale, but then dont deliver. Very disappointed and will be looking for an alternate software. Its a shame as the software is really user friendly and great functionality.
