Great customer service. Penny made us feel very welcomed and greeted us with a smile. She was extremely helpful and the nicest person I have ever met. This woman deserves a pay rise!

Very friendly and helpful. The booking system is and national park websites are is all smooth. I booked a key for memory cove with a $50 deposit and got the 50 back afterwards. Young lad helped me out on all the places I can fish, surf and 4x4.

Great staff 3 very informative ladies who dealt with 4 very challenging seniors from West Australia. Getting our names correct was rather a challenge, mainly our fault.🤣🤣🤣if they are really lucky we may return for more help even for info out off their region. We also made them late going home needing so much assistance

Very helpful and friendly staff working here, everytime I have walked in they always have smiles on there faces and a willingness to help that you don't see around a lot any more. If they don't know the answer the will usually try to get in touch with some one who does. If you are new to the area or just stopping by then I would suggest that you pop in and the the staff to find out what's around the region and worth seeing.

We got in a bit late to pay for our accomodation and also booked a few other things while we were there, the ladies were very helpful and were more than happy to stay back after they were supposed to close. Great experience

This Centre is staffed by amazing people who are extremely obliging to visitors and go out of their way to assist.

We absolutely loved the fish tasting tour. Visited the two quilt shops in the town. Would love to visit again. What a credit to the town. The shuttle bus service is fantastic!

As always, these centres are friendly and full of information. Just a note if you are in an RV, parking along the foreshore out the front is impossible but they told us there is RV parking out the back.
