I was served by a lovely man named Jack and he was super kind in delivering my order, the food was great coming from an old lady who lives out of town, looking for a quick tasty meal 🤪5 Star Customer Service!

Was served by a lovely girl named kiara. Was very freindly and i was delighted by the great customer service. She showed me there is still hope for the younger generation. Food was spectacular and the chips were salted to perfection.

Our Favourite Late night Dessert Caramel Sundae and Apple Pie (got a McFlurry with caramel this time with my Maccas points).
Service was top notch and I reckon it’s the first time a friendly staff member has explained my order at the window to ensure it was correct well done 👍🏻. Fast service too I always have to wait in the waiting bay back in Adelaide.

Ordered through the app and only had to wait a short time for the food to be ready. It was definitely worth it as the food was fresh.

Very busy, very understandable being the festive season. Still had very little wait time. TM were smiling and happy which they enjoy what they do.all I

I came in at approximately 9am on Thursday 18th of July. Customer service was superb, all the ladies out the front seemed happy to be at their job and we're all extremely nice. The burger was delicious, hot and neatly made, the fries were fresh and filled up. I've never had such a good experience at a fast food store before, very happy and will be sure to come back next time I'm in Lincoln, please pass this on to the restaurant so the staff can be thanked! 10/10

What a great service and the staff were great too. First time we have been served with tea/coffee & food to our table in this great hub. May put some cafe service to shame .

Stayed in Lincoln for work and came here twice in 2 weeks. On both occasions I found it to be an overall pleasant experience. Staff were very polite, inside was clean and free of rubbish.

The food was on par with food from any other mcdonald's that i have been too but I will say that the extra care that went into putting the burgers together was a pleasant surprise.
I have had countless burgers that look like Stevie wonder made them. With his hands tied behind his back.

They have the slowest drive thru service in my experience. But have to go inside one time and I noticed some of the staff are mentally/physically challenged so I understand why. Thumbs up for this store for giving them opportunity to work👍👍👍👍

It's just as good as any McDonald's. Also a soft serve cone with flake is only $1.

Great Service, Excellent food and beverages. Staff are extremely helpful and Friendly. Free WIFI is a must for wary travelers that want to download Netflix movies and shows. AAAA++++

Just love a Egg and Bacon McMuffin with Hash Brown and a hot chocolate now and a then. Delicious yummy breakfast with fast and friendly service.

Very good service, food was hot and cooked fresh. The best mc donalds we have been too.
