Matt was excellent during the RSA, he was highly informative and made the content engaging. The role plays were fun and helped us test our skills. Highly recommend.

Very great class!!.
It was easy to follow and understand. Did not feel boring at all. Trainer was excellent.
Also, college has student lounge area where you can have your lunch. It has a coffee, teas, microwaves toaster ice machine etc.
And another area where you can charge your devices. I highly recommend CBD College

Taking the RCG course with Rod aka the legend was great. He made 6 hours go like 2. He knows what he is doing. Listening to his stories and experience really makes you think. Glad I met this bloke, he was really helpful and easy going.
Give him a pay raise please, he deserves it.

Fantastic experience conducting my Cert 4 course with CBD College. Trainer was wonderful, experienced and had good points of views to share with the class to make the learning experience more fun. The communication and feedback was very valuable and helpful in the assessments and gave me a good idea of what needs to be fixed. Definitely recommend CBD College for everyone chasing further knowledge and certificates. When I plan to go further to Diploma, I know CBD College is the place to go.

I had to do an RSA course as my previous card expired about a decade ago. I remember the first time I did the course by another provider, I did not get much out of the course due to to the sub-par teaching style and had to re-do the assessments a few times. So I was a bit hesitant to go through it again.

Matt made the day enjoyable to learn the Importance of RSA. The slideshow and materials provided were easy to read and follow.

The role plays were a bit daunting though. But it was still important to do it to get used to real life scenarios.

The only hurdle would be that if English is not your first language and/or do not have a good comprehension of English, the course may be challenging.

Hopefully I'll get a job outside of hotels with this new qualification.

Rod is an excellent trainer, the lounge room is lit, has Star Wars exclusive posters, couldn’t be better.

The trainers and staff at CBD are all extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. Their systems are well designed and the follow up support is great. The zoom option is awesome too and worked well for my situation. Highly recommended!

Classes were fun and very detailed. Great lessons and explanations. I did my RSA with Rod and RCG with Matt. They both are great! They made me feel like I have been advised by skilful instructors. Thank you both.

Participated in the RCG Course. Rod was a great trainer, informative with heaps of personal knowledge and experience – not boring at all. The course was very well structured and encouraged enough time to fully understand the importance of RCG. Would recommend!

Rod is a great teacher. Expected have a boring class with long powerpoints and quiz. Turned out to be very interactive and informative class. The 6 hours just flew by. Highly recommend.

Completed successfully my RCG course with an incredibly engaging trainer - Matt. He connected with us through life stories, executing a precise delivery on all modules making my experience a breeze to pass! He made the day fun while still learning so much!

During entire training and assessment process the CBD college trainers were very supportive and share a lot of good information. Although this is not the easiest training to undertake the way CBD college delivers it makes it a lot more manageable and attainable. Thank you to all tutors and managers at CBD.

I recently completed my Certificate 4 in Trainer and Assessor with CBD College and i can honestly say that i would highly recommend.
The trainers we very help full throughout the process. all questions were answered same day if not the next and complications were sorted quickly. a very good course to help set myself up for future roles within my organisation
