The day was run by Rachna who had great knowledge across the subjects covered and was fantastic at keeping the class interesting and detailed. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing experience being in the class for CPR and first Aid today with one of the best tutor named Asmita. Lots of theoritical and practical knowledge regarding CPR and firstaid which can help in our daily life. I personally come from a family where my father has a heart disease so i learned a lot of techniques that might help in an emergency situation plus all those techniques will definitely help in my Nursing journey. Thank you.

The in-person training was fantastic as a teacher I have to do a lot of training and this was by far the most detailed, rigerous and informative one I have experienced.

However, the online systems and booking where awful. I never received my login email, half the communications got routed to my spam box, the online assistant was useless and the email systems never replied. I spent about 2 hours calling and the automated system would say to hold and then hang up on me.

When I did speak to a human she was amazing and fixed everything almost instantly.

The online quiz questions were also riddled with errors, I noted atleast three obvious ones but would not be surprised if there were more.

Rachna was fantastic! I feel very informed after todays training and really appreciated the anecdotes used. All questions were answered thoroughly. We had a great and valuable day. Thank you!

We had a team First Aid Training with Pardeep. He was such a great trainor, who taught us well from giving CPR to the number of highly venomous snakes in Australia. He was an amazing help and answered our questions really well. Providing some humour along the way to keep us keenly entertained throughout the day! Wonderful experience! Top-notch. Highly recommend

Sunita provided one of the best first-aid CPR courses I have ever taken. Both her extensive knowledge and practical, hands-on approach make learning CPR and first aid techniques a breeze. I like how she thoroughly ensured every participant was confident and capable of performing each technique.

The online pre-class content was a lifesaver, as previous first aid and CPR courses have left me in the classroom all day, slowly covering content I am rather familiar with.

I wouldn't hesitate recommending CPR-First Aid!

Pardeep was very good at simplifying a lot of technical and real world problems that you are likely to come across in a real life scenario.

I did the first aid course (011)in a childcare setting and found it incredible. The trainer (MD) was great at explaining instructions and made sure we understood each step for each exercise.

Would definitely recommend for someone trying to get their first aid course.
