La La Land

I have been doing all of my shopping online for a number of years now, and have used more companies than I could possibly name, but NONE of them even come close to this AMAZING store, La La Land. Their products are beautiful and incredibly made and packaged, their prices are great and their communication, generosity and professionalism is second to none. I have been fortunate enough to deal with the lovely Katie, whose efficiency is incredible. If you are looking for that special gift or an addition to your own home decor, you CANNOT go past La La Land…. 10 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐❤

La La Land has very unique Aussie designed products, which cannot be found easily elsewhere with that quality and on one place. Highly recommended also due to really superb customer service.

Who knows what the real problem is, but twice they sent a single card for delivery to me, and twice Australia post returned it to sender. My address details were correct both times. The whole saga went on for over 2 weeks. Honestly, it's a single card - whack a stamp on it and it's sent. Ridiculous. FURTHER, La La Land is implying in their response below that somehow my address is hard to find. It is absolutely not hard to find. It's a simple suburban address. No weird street signs, numbering, or anything else. A simple google search would show as much. Whilst it may be Australia Post being unable to find an address, the way LaLa Land is trying to blame the customer here is insulting. Get stuffed!
