Cupcakes and Canapes

Dan's canapes were amazing for our engagement party! We picked them up at midday, they were all ready to go in cake boxes, I served them on my own trays and could have passed them off as my own. We had loads of compliments on the flavours and presentation. They were super easy to warm up and serve with no staff necessary.

Dan was easily contactable and responsive via email. Great value for money and he managed to increase our order at short notice when extra guests were coming. We would definitely recommend for easy hosting and we will be back!

Dan made the whole experience extremely pleasant and easy. He came to our place to arrange for a tasting with a combination of hot and cold canapés. We discussed our expectations and how the day would go and Dan shared with us his valuable experience on what to choose and had gluten free and vegetarian option.

On the day of the party, Dan arrived early to set up and it was the least stressful party I’ve had as I knew I was in good hand. He got everything under control and knew what he was doing. Dan also provided a waiter to help serve drinks to the guests. All the guests were impressed with the food and service. I will definitely use Dan again for the next party.

Cupcakes and Canapes catered food (warm and cold canapes) for our corporate event in Sydney, CBD. Dan and his team were professional and very friendly. The food was delicious and the platter style presentation was flawless. Engaging them again for our next event!

We organised a surprise birthday for one of the best cooks we know and so the pressure was on to find a caterer who could deliver amazing food and be reasonably priced. Dan from Cupcakes and Canapes delivered in spades. He even did a tasting prior to the day so we could taste and tweak our selections as needed. The food was good and poor Dan was dealing with control freaks as we needed everything to be perfect and it was. He went over and above and I can honestly say we couldn't have done it better. Oh and FYI the birthday girl who is a foodie was thoroughly impressed. Guests were asking for Dan's card so they can book him. I cannot recommend Cupcakes and Canapes enough. Thanks Dan for making the surprise birthday so very memorable.

Cupcakes & Canapes recently catered my event at home, and I could not be more impressed. Dan & Nina are delightful to work with and the canapes were beyond anything I could have hoped for. My guests are still talking about how delicious the food was ("the best rice paper rolls in my entire life" said one friend). I would definitely use the services of Cupcakes & Canapes again as soon as I have the opportunity.

We had High Tea delivered today and I wouldn’t have changed a thing. The team really thought of everything from beautiful menus, easy clear instructions, food both kids and adults would love and personalised touches for the birthday girl. Value for money was excellent and each item was as delicious as the next.

The food was absolutely delicious, everyone at Mum's 80th Birthday was raving about how great it was. Thanks to Dan for everything - we will be back again and highly recommend Dan and the team at Cupcakes and Canapes!

Dan catered for a function for about 50 people in my home. The food and service was first class. Dan was extremely responsive to my requests and questions and offered advice on quantities, options for guests with allergies and wait staff. He and his staff set-up not only the food service, but also the drinks station, served the food and drinks and cleaned up afterwards. It was the most stress free event I have ever held! Guests commented about the excellent standard of food, friendliness of staff and the organisation of the evening. I can't thank Dan and his staff enough and would use them again for other functions.

I ordered a GF high tea and a regular high tea to be delivered to my parents in lock down for Father's Day. My parents are raving about the exquisite taste, beautiful presentation and service. Absolutely Delish Canapes@ the Mayors function @ the Coalloader.. the arancini, duck pancakes , crumbed prawns etc etc were smashingly good! Great service & loved how they came round regularly for the debris

Dan suggested the menu and it all made sense, i confidently left everything in his hands and it perfect. Easily the best value and fresh menu for 60 people ive ever had...thanks again guys :)

Dan was so awesome to work with for my daughters birthday catering. His team was professional and everybody kept raving about how great the food and service was. We hosted a family function and had 300 people attend. All of the menu options were great - we opted for the BBQ menu which did not disappoint. The food was excellent and catered to various dietary requirements. We received great feedback from all of the guests around the quality of the food and the presentation.
