Russ was fabulous. The views were spectacular, I will always remember sitting down for dinner and looking across the valley. The cows were of course, terrific. But the hidden gem here is the operational slickness that would make a German engineer proud. Seclusions is a great venue that has mastered really making you feel like they are on your side and helping get you the best day that you can. If we had to go back in time, I would absolutely choose this venue again.

We were married at Seclusions in Nov 2023. Russ and Malynda were fantastic leading up to the wedding and ensured everything went smoothly on the day. Such a beautiful venue, our family and friends loved staying in the cabins. Their wedding package included thoughtful extras which added to our experience and shows their meticulous attention to detail. I can't wait to go and stay at Seclusions again, I could look at that view all day!

Seclusions was the best decision we made for our wedding day. Malynda and Russ go absolutely above and beyond to make sure your day runs smoothly. You are in fantastic hands with their support and genuine care. They have found the perfect balance of wedding coordination and DIY. The venue is immaculate and we got so many compliments from our guests - they absolutely loved the different zones for dinner and dancing. We used a lot of styling items from their store room and they have amazing options to suit whatever style you are going for. We selected most of our vendors from the list they recommended too which made for a super smooth day - they are a well oiled machine and you will not regret choosing the stunning Seclusions for your special day.

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of getting married at Seclusions in June 2023. It is hard to put into words how spectacular and special this venue is. We cannot thank Malynda, Russell, and the Seclusions team for making this day so memorable. Not only do they maintain and provide the most beautiful spaces but they are also so professional, friendly and supportive in making sure each couple is set up perfectly for the day. Not only prior to the day but on the day they ensure every detail and step of the day runs smoothly. Their attention to detail is reflective of their experience and puts any nerves to ease. On the big day neither of us had to lift a finger, they made sure all vendors and guests were organised and accounted for whilst making sure all guests enjoy the day equally. We were so lucky to have the most wonderful warm winters day but even if things went south they had great wet weather alternatives. We have loved every single moment of our wedding planning and the big day. We honestly are so thankful for Malynda and Russ dedication which is why we can easily recommend seclusions to any one looking for the perfect venue.

Simply amazing! Cannot fault this venue. We had our wedding here in December 2023 and everything was perfect. They’ve got 6 cabins on site, each with a spa bath and super comfy bed. The ceremony amphitheater is breathtaking, and all our guests commented on how fantastic the layout is. Having everything in one spot is the best. The caravan bar is super cute and I love that they have two separate buildings for the formal reception and then the dancefloor. Communication is great from Russ & Malynda. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day and we will definitely come back to stay another time! Also the coos are soooo cute!

Seclusions Blue Mountains is truly a gem of a wedding venue. From the moment we met Malynda and Russ and they showed us around, we knew that we had found the one - and it was the second venue we looked at! Their guidance and support throughout the planning process was invaluable, and on the day itself, they were there every step of the way to ensure that everything ran smoothly. Plus we LOVED being able to stay in the cosy cabins on-site, helping us stay stress-free and not having to travel on the day.

One of the things we loved most about Seclusions was the ability to DIY our styling and choose our own vendors. This gave us the freedom to create a truly unique and personal experience for ourselves and our guests. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful rustic charm that perfectly complemented our wedding theme. The farm animals were a huge hit with our guests, and the layout of the property allowed for plenty of mingling and socializing.

Despite having our wedding in the middle of winter, our guests were protected thanks to the heated buildings and cozy bonfires outside. And who could forget Emily the Van, serving up delicious drinks to our guests! The dance floor was a sight to behold, with twinkling fairy lights creating a magical ambiance that set the stage for a night of unforgettable memories.

Overall, we cannot recommend Seclusions Blue Mountains enough. Malynda and Russ truly went above and beyond to make our day as special as possible, and we are forever grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and expertise. If you're looking for a wedding venue that is both beautiful and accommodating, Seclusions should be at the top of your list.

Couldn't recommend Seclusions enough! We had our wedding at the venue in April and it was an absolute dream day. Months afterwards, we are still hearing from guests just how much they enjoyed the venue. I'm a wedding photographer and absolutely loved photographing here. The rustic vibe of the whole place is incredible, the grounds are stunning, so much variety and the venue room itself is beautiful. The sparkler exits are the cherry on the cake for me! A pleasure to photograph and looking forward to the next wedding here!

My wife and I got married at Seclusions in late Spring 2022. The venue itself is beautiful, and provided the perfect backdrop for our big day.

Malynda & Russ, and the whole team at Seclusions made everything so easy. From the get-go, they ran us through the whole process and were happy to answer any of our (numerous) questions. They also made sure that the set up, and day itself went off without a hitch. The welcome breakfast baskets were a lovely touch, as were the grazing boards for the bridal party through the morning.

When there were hiccups through the day, from late musicians to last minute guest list changes, Russ and Malynda were on top of it all - they made our day stress free, and an absolute joy.

Couldn't recommend Seclusions highly enough.

We got married at Seclusions in March, and it was a dream day. We first did our site inspection when we got engaged, and instantly fell in love with the property. The various spaces for our guests to roam and mingle, the cabins for us to stay in and the bakery to get ready was all just beautiful. The DIY aspect was originally not something I wanted for our wedding but being able to choose so much of it made the day even better. We had so many guests say how stunningly beautiful the venue was and how it was the best wedding they had ever been to. But Seclusions would not be what it is without Russell and Malynda, they were there every step of the way, in the lead up to the wedding and on the big day. Without their support and help, the day would not have run as smoothly as it did.

Seclusions is a very special place to visit (especially for a wedding). I have been lucky enough to photograph celebrations there over the past few years and the whole venue ticks everything you want in a place to get married. From the beautiful location, views, facilities.. it has it all. What really completes the experience at Seclusions however are the beautiful owners Malynda & Russ. They look after each of their couples and visitors and truly help them get the most out of their experience. I look forward to capturing many many many more weddings at Seclusions in the years to come!

This was our fourth visit staying in the cabins at Seclusions Blue Mountains, and it just gets better and better and we fall in love with it more and more each time.

If you’re looking for a romantic getaway, or even an absolutely stunning wedding location, this is the place to come.
There are gorgeous Highland Cow’s on the property too, which we couldn’t get enough of.

Seclusions is absolutely amazing!
I booked Seclusions back in Nov 2021 for my May 2023 wedding. Malynda and Russ were fantastic with the communication, which helped me a lot throughout the 1.5 year of my wedding planning. On the setup day and wedding day, Malynda and Russ were great coordinators and they worked above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly.

The venue itself was beautiful and unique! Where else can you have rolling mountains as your ceremony background and photos with Scottish cows and alpacas?? Also the venue allows DIY so I could achieve my visions and save quite a bit of money on styling :)
