This current version of AutoCAD (2023) is by far the worst version I have used since I started drafting (15 years ago)

I placed an order for a monthly subscription for Autocad LT a number of days ago. I was first told to allow 24hrs then that it may take up to 48hrs. I am still waiting 3 days later. Autodesk support is non existant. Seems like someone is asleep at the wheel. I need to provide drawings to a client shortly and I am very surprised at the poor level of service from a company that I rated highly in the past.

24hrs and no response to an invalid serial number problem. Really doesn’t make for a productive day for a team of designers.
Happy to take the money, and all is good until there is a problem.
