Targus

After realising I’d bought the wrong laptop charger once I was home, I found a number to call inside the box and tried it.
Not only was it answered quickly but the Targus representative was so helpful and gave me all the info I needed to get the correct charger. I will definitely choose the correct one from Targus.

I broke the tip of a laptop charger from my previously bought Targus charger (I had an accident with it by the way it did not break from their fault) and desperately needed a new one. Can not believe how helpful customer service were in ensuring the new one I bought came as quickly as possible. They went above and beyond because they could tell I was stressed and I am so grateful to Danielle. Love their products as well and could not recommend them enough.
