These guys were absolutely fabulous! I desperately needed a deep interior clean and they did such an amazing job. My car felt brand new again. Excellent customer service, from booking to job done, attention to detail was superb and very competitively priced! Would definitely use again. I need an exterior job done now so time to call on them again :)

Everything was super easy with all my dealings with Rainbow from start to finish, my car looks like new again and importantly was completed within needed timeframe. I was also happy with their price. Thank you again team and I will definitely be coming back and spreading the good word!

Tom did a fantastic job that I cannot fault on my fourby as I'm getting ready to sell it.
He even came in days sooner than was originally planned, which was even better.
And the communication prior to the job was great.

However, there has been a sour taste after Tom offered me half of my asking price when it's not even ready for sale yet and he hadn't even looked at it for a minute.
When he was done cleaning, he pointed out every minor defect basically calling my pride and joy of 4 years a "fixer-upper" just to talk me down on my price.
For the cars age and life, you'd be lucky to find one as well looked after as this one. And the price I was asking reflects less than the market, and doesn't nearly cover the money I've put into it.
Hate to write this, but probably take this into consideration for the future. You're coming to do a job, not to try and lowball someone on a car that isn't even on the market yet :/

The team of two came around to the house following a lot of messaging, texting and finally using their quoting system.
They worked for about an hour and presumably went through their usual routine to detail the inside of my wife's car that I was getting organised for her while she was on a trip. It was supposed to be a birthday special.
The detailing was perfectly satisfactory except for some horrible water stains on the front seats.
I imagined these might disappear when the seats got thoroughly dry so I paid the $260 in cash. I was quoted $270 online and when I said "how much for cash", I was told it would normally be $320. I told them they had quoted $270 so he said he would take $260 cash.
I have used every method possible to try and get an answer from them as to how I can get rid of the stains on the front seats — phone call, messenger, text message, website response, email — and cannot get any answer.
I'm still living in hope there might be some solution because the result is not at all attractive.

Tom is actually very good at what he does - when he shows up to do it - but unfortunately communication is extremely poor, his behaviour was quite intimidating and would not allow me to speak when we did finally communicate.

I was impressed by the result of our car being detailed, and with the outside of our camper trailer. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. Tom knew we had a deadline, and he was advised that we had got the camper VERY cheap and the canvas was in very poor condition. We couldn't get it replaced before our trip so wanted the mould treated and the camper/canvas cleaned as best as possible. He came around and started the job, saying he would come back on the weekend to weatherproof the canvas and clean the inside.

He didn't come back, and for many, many weeks (approximately 8-10 weeks if not longer) he wouldn't answer calls or messages, or finally would, and would just say he's busy but he would do it before we had to leave. Eventually, I asked him if I could at least come and buy some of his product so I could do it myself. No response. Our deadline was looming. We all know the last years have been incredibly challenging, and this trip was something we had worked our butts off for, and as it stood, our camper was uninhabitable and not waterproof.

Because of the lack of communication, we had to find another solution.

Today, after many months, Tom called and demanded that we pay him what we owed for the job, saying that he would be at our house at 2pm.

When he arrived, I had the money for him, minus $100. Frankly, I don't believe he should get paid at all for an unfinished job, but I know he did spend some time on it and there was the cost of chemicals he used. He was angry that I didn't have the full amount. When I asked him to hear me out as to why, he refused to listen and talk about it.

Instead, he blamed us for it all, saying that we hadn't told him how bad the mould was (not true) and that nobody else would have touched it and he was doing us a favour. It wasn't a favour when it wasn't finished. It made the situation more difficult, stressful and expensive. I tried to explain that if he saw the condition of the camper and it was a bigger job than he knew he could fit in, when he knew we had a deadline, then he should never have accepted the job to start with. He was angry and not letting me say any of this without speaking over me, insisting we pay the full amount.

I said if he returned the money I had given him, I would pay the full amount into his bank account, which he refused, telling me if I paid via bank transfer it would cost more.

He made me feel distressed, uncomfortable, unheard and unsafe.

So while he may be good at what he does, I would never do business with him again.
