Aligned Plumbing - Plumber Gawler

I have used Aligned numerous times for over a decade and Steven is the plumber I can definitely recommend. He’s 100% honest and reliable and his work is very thorough. I’ve used other plumbers in the past, prior to finding Steven, and seriously would only ever call Aligned. I’ve had a few plumbing emergencies and Steven has always gone above and beyond with honest advice and great work.

Steve was professional and very meticulous in installing our new gas water service. Even connecting a temporary service while we waiting for our new heater to be delivered. We would not hesitate to used Aligned again if the need should arise.

I am a single lady and have been ripped off by two previous tradesmen due to my inexperience and their greed. This man was honest and reliable. My instant gas hot water system was leaking and I called Steven and he was here within 20 minutes. The leaking part inside the instant gas water heater was unable to be repaired due to its age and Steven sourced a new one for me at an excellent price and it was fitted the next day. Cannot recommend him highly enough. He showed me exactly what he was doing throughout the whole process and I felt very comfortable with his expertise in this area. If you are a single lady looking for an HONEST tradie, use this guy.

Steve is a legend. He has been our plumber for about 20 years. Lucky to have found someone honest and reliable. He has replaced our hot water service, fixed taps and leaking water pipes, replaced a toilet, fixed water hammer and unblocked drains. We highly recommend Steve.

Had Steven come out to fix a blocked drain, have to say he is one of the most down to earth, honest, hard working blokes I have ever met. Especially for a plumber! He was so easy to talk to! He did extra little things like even show me a map of the pipework for my property that I would have had no idea about and explained everything.

These negative comments must be from competitors or those people that are impossible to please because there is seriously no way someone can have an issue with this guy. I've had many tradies do jobs for me over the years but never had one so easy to talk to and upfront about everything. I cant recommend Steven enough, if you need a plumber you would be mad not to call him!

Heard about Aligned Plumbing from a relative.
Steve helped us out at short notice with a HWS failure. He noted mistakes made by the previous installer and rectified, discussing the process along the way. He came back to replace a vanity set and left the job looking better than what it did when he arrived.

Recently had Steve out to replace our old hot water system, and he had the new gas/electric one installed promptly. He also remember me and my house from when I called him out 2 years previously, which I thought was nice.

Always helpful let me know about after hour and weekend rates which were reasonable . Got him in to do a drain clean and did a great job . Hot water service broke down on a Saturday afternoon gave him a ring and he was good enough to come out on Sunday mid morning to replace it . Had to pay a bit more for the Sunday but didn't mind because we had hot water again and he was good enough to come out on his day off.

Got totally ripped off, hot water service wasn't working after power outage. He was here less than an hour and replaced thermostat and element and charged $480. Thought it was too dear so priced parts at Reece plumbing both under $50 retail, so he would have got them much cheaper. Got two other quotes that said would have done it for $220. Hit him up about it, he said he would refund $100, I agreed and he got in his van and left. No refund no satisfaction,check rates and prices first!,

Had Steven out a quote on a hot water unit replacement after cancelling the job because of the price he was very pushy and rude! Not good people to deal with!!!!

This man was so rude and ripped me off his work was so bad it only lasted a year before it leaked again
