We have stayed here several times as we love Marjory & Gregs welcoming authentic country BnB experience.

All the rooms are spacious , beautifully decorated & with very comfortable beds layered with quality linens to ease yourself in a brilliant nights sleep. Windows open out to a beautiful view.
We returned just recently for some down time, and decided to stay in the self contained cabin above the barn. It’s was very comfortable, warm and cosy, we had the gas log fire on which kept the space toasty from the 4c outside.
If you’re after a quiet place to recharge the batteries, listen to the gentle life of birds, cows, sheep & horses, marvel at the changing colourful skies & the countryside - this is it.

They do a great breakfast spread & also offer dinner on request ( from a menu).

P.s.bush walkers - check out Evans Crown Nature Reserve near Tarana. Spectacular !!!

What a delight to write about such a special place as SPRINGMEAD B&B.

We are glad we chose 2 nights to really feel a part of this ambient location in fact we now wish it were longer.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted with warmth and friendliness by Marjory, we knew we were in for a special time.

We were keen to find a place where we could really relax and listen to the sounds that an open green space can offer and we weren’t disappointed. The night sky with a million stars amongst a back drop of both cattle and kangaroos grazing. Quite charming indeed.

The breakfast was beyond brilliant with an offering of the best home made muesli and yogurt that I have ever enjoyed. That along with home made muffins and croissants really started our day off on a positive note.

There is so much to see and do in this region and we were pleased to be given suggestions from our B&B hosts.

We cannot talk up this accommodation enough. From the comfy 4 poster bed to the offer and acceptance of beautifully cooked evening meals, we were both thoroughly satisfied with a promise we would be back.

Thank you Marjory and Greg

We had a lovely time with beautiful views and fresh air creating a serene atmosphere. Our accommodation had old world charm and was clean tidy and very comfortable. Our bed was perfect and we slept very well. Marjory arranged our delicious breakfast in the cozy dining room the next morning It had a welcome open fireplace, making it nice and toasty.
Thanks Marjory and hubby for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. See you next time!

Beautiful area, magnificent views. Friendly host who looked after us so well. The place to go to get away from it all with wonderful food.

We had a 2 night stay and had a very relaxing time. The hosts were very attentive, helpful and informative. Our bedroom was nice and roomy. The bathrooms were not en suites but each bedroom has its own bathroom so it wasn't a problem at all. Breakfast was included and Marjory supplemented our continental breakfast with lovely fresh banana bread and muffins, together with her home made yoghurt every morning.
For a very reasonable price, dinner can be provided as can dessert. We opted to stay in our first night and enjoyed Marjory's lovely home cooked dinner.
Farm tours are possible although we didn't get around to doing a tour this time.
Would definitely stay here again.

The location was breath taking, and this cute little bnb was a tucked away spot of perfection in it. The room was stunning, it transported us to a simpler time. Marjory was lovely, friendly, accommodating and sorted us with a gorgeous breakfast.
We could only stay for one night, but I'm definitely going to be coming back for a longer stay. Thank you so much!

Springmead Stud Farm is our favourite BnB. It has it all. Beautiful home with perfect temperatures all year round, stunning views, clean and well equipped guest accommodation to suit all needs, and peace and quiet, all day and night. Marjorie and Greg are lovely hosts and always make us feel welcome, and we frequently check in late, nothing is too much trouble.

Just a quick look in, didn't see too much. You should organise a group day trip. Or make a weekend excursion. The country side is unbelievable.
This is only a teaser. Hire a small tourist bus, add some friends. Away you go. Let your wild side take over.
