Came here for dinner the other night and the food was delicious!
Service was also great. The owner came to give us recommendations and later she even showed us how to eat the bossam and made one for us! Will definitely revisit in the future.

very homely dishes - pollack hangover soup very tasty, healthy tasting and just the right balance of seasoning. The sweet and spicy boneless fried chicken had a very crunchy batter and fired perfectly. Side dishes were great too - esp the kimchi. Reasonable prices ~$20 per dish. Variety - soups, bibimbap, meats, hot pots, fried chicken. Great meal - Will def be back!

Quaint little mom / pop restaurant that does an amazing korean blood sausage stew hidden on Victoria Rd in West Ryde. I arrived at 840pm (they close at 9pm) and there was no one else. They just smiled, let me pick a table and order. It was just really calming that it didn't feel like they were rushing to close up for the night even after they served me. The mix of blood sausage, innards and pork belly slices in such a hearty soy bean stew was just what I wanted on the unexpectedly drizzly night. Can't wait to go back to try their gamja tang cause there was just something special about the kimchi banchan

If you are looking for good traditional korean food this is the place. I haven’t tried the fried chicken but the soups are great and taste like the food I would have at home. The portion size for the spicy beef soup was massive and the food has little to no msg. Personally, I prefer less msg as I feel like all korean restaurants nowadays tend to make their food too sweet. The side dishes complemented the hotness of the soup very well.

These soups would also make for perfect hang over food, so if you’re looking for some place to eat after a long night, this food will fix you up.

This place deserves a higher rating. The one comment I read "if you're korean, you must try this place as it's authentic as it gets" btw I'm not korean but i was sold and boy it didn't disappoint.
Service is great, reasonable prices and food was on point. 👌

Food is homey and delicious! We had Gamjatang and chicken. The kimchi in Gamjatang was tangy and the pork bones are meaty and very tender.
Chicken was cheap and crunchy.
Absolutely delicious. We’ll be back!

Tried their "Ssam-bab" and it was super delicious with ranges of vegetable wraps. You won't be disappointed! Great value for Great taste!

The best in Sydney, it tastes like at home. Very traditional and home cook chef, mum and dad. Will definately be the regular.

Such a good place to eat! Hidden gem in West ryde. Had the ssambap and gomtang but you can really taste the effort and love they put into the food. The old gentleman was so proud of his bean paste that had 10 different types of seeds and grains. Absolutely delicious. No msg used, the flavors are truly from the ingredients themselves and loved how perfectly flavored everything this and not too salty or bland. 10/10 would recommend. Was so busy eating forgot to take a photo!

The food was really delicious and very friendly atmosphere. During my visit, my family seems to be the only non Korean customer, but The menu is in English with pictures which makes it very easy to order. There are many variety of soups dishes that I don't see regularly in other Korean restaurants which I assume are very local authentic Korean dishes. Eitherway, I find the chicken noodle soup, sweet and spicy fried chicken to be really tasty. All dishes come with good portions and the fried chicken pieces are huge! The soup dishes are warm and hearty, very suitable for cold winter nights. I'll definitely revisit this place.

My friend recommended their Gomtang (number 1 on the menu). Glad I listened to them. Their banchan (side dishes) are home made - I asked because their kimchi was so tasty I asked for seconds. Going to come back and try the pork soup next time.

The food is delicious, I enjoyed the spicy beef soup and loved the fried chicken, it tastes homemade.

the owners are very nice and kind. the gomtang is the best I've ever tasted compared to other Korean restaurants. kimchi is genuinely the best kimchi I have tasted in Korea, tasted just like my grandmas kimchi.

Homey family owned restaurant with great Korean food! Great value, large portions, delicious taste. We have quickly become regulars at this restaurant since first trying it 2 months ago

This is my second time visiting this restaurant. The restaurant seems to be run by an elderly couple, service was a little on the slower side but very attentive and friendly.

The food is a standout especially for the price. We ordered the gamjatang and seafood pancake. Both dishes were really flavoursome compared to a lot of other Korean restaurants. Even the banchan was excellent.
I would highly recommend.
