I had two pretty good experiences here and so then thought I would support them by getting a new set of tyres for my Prado. When the new tyres arrived I dropped by during business hours to have them fitted. I had dropped by previous two times without an appointment and it was never a problem to fit me in as it’s not a busy business. When I arrived they said they were doing stocktake and so couldn’t put on my tyres. I asked if they were closed in which they replied no. The manager advised he didn’t want to be set back with his stocktake and that this would happen if they put my tyres on. He look put out by me wanting the service his business was open during business hours to provide. I explained I had driven nearly an hour to get there and this was basically met with a grunt. It seems stupid to turn a customer away who is willing to pay you $1200 for a new set of tyres. There was a whole crew of staff working and it would have been easy enough to pull just one of them off the stock take to put on the tyres. It was a super disappointing experience and I can’t see any reason why I will return to this business.

Shady way of business... my partner could only afford 1 tyre and specifically said only replace the 1 and quote the others. He said he would walk around and do up a quote but drove partners car without asking to their shop and replaced 2 tyres and hit with the bill.
Reply was "they needed doing"....

Customer service shocking. The gentleman visibly rolled his eyes when I explained I didn't know the tyre size. Won't be back.
