Kanangra Walls Lookout Trailhead

Take industrial strength insect repellent! Take a head net, as the march flies are not courteous or bothered by DEET repellent! The views are awesome though! Parking is close to the overlook point. Gravel roads for access goes for 20 plus km. 2 wheel drive cars are fine, but advise only in dry weather.
Take care when passing other vehicles not to spray a shower of rocks, so PLEASE slow down and move left to avoid damaging glass or paint.

Great trail to walk from to camping spot to the lookout. Amazing views and true wilderness. Bring plenty of water in the summer.

Plenty of free car parking space, drop toilets, picnic shelter and tables. Bring plenty of water and food. Great walks from trailhead. Recommend allow 2-3 hours to explore.

Absolutely beautiful! You need to get lucky with weather, but when you get it right, the view can't be beat 👌👌👌

There's a small shelter, and some bush dunnies, plus space to park a couple of dozen cars. Back in the 1980s it was a popular place to camp before a bushwalk, but this is now discouraged in favour of the Boyd Crossing campsite. From here it is an easy walk to various lookouts and to the dance floor cave. If you have a few hours, Kanangra Top and Maxwell Top can be explored. If it's a particularly clear day, there is a spot on the tops from which you can see the Sydney skyline, and even the harbour bridge.

Fantastic place for bush walking and camping. The only downfall is the 29kms of dirt road full of large pot holes.

Alot of things have been damaged by fire but still worth the drive and walk especially down to the falls
