Nice and helpful staff. I wanted to get some information about leasing a PO box. The staff was very kind and answered every question I had. They even tried to come up with alternative options to help me with my problem.

Recently took 'Mr Jingles' (my pooch) for a walk & decided to stop in our local Post Office to buy a book of stamps because I still have pen-friends.
Whilst inside I was browsing & didn't realize that Mr Jingles had decided it was about time to do his business.

I apologized profusely to the Madame seated behind the counter, she said it wasn't a problem & was ever so kind to even provide me with a Kleenex to clean it up.

Terribly embarrassed Mr Jingles might be getting old but there is no excuse for that!!! regardless the lovely lass was so hospitable her kindness is the type of trait other retailers could take a lesson from.

Oh PS the Annandale Post Office has been in several TV commercials, the architecture is rather stunning & blends exceptionally well with other Neo-Gothicism / old world charm in the 2130 locale.

Nevertheless next time I will refrain from taking my eyes off Mr Jingles.

the elder male staff helped me sending passport application 2 days ago. He is very patient and efficient. And He’s very familiar with the process even it’s a passport application of a foreign country. Before I went there I saw the review on google map and didn’t expect to receive good service. But the experience was completely the opposite. It’s been a tough time working during pandemic and I think this place deserves a better rating.

I recently submitted my passport renewal application at Annandale Post, and was served by Suba in a very chaotic and busy environment just before closing time. She was kind, patient, understanding and helped make the process extremely easy. She is a huge asset to the Annandale Post team.

It tends to be busy on Saturday morning as I always see queue to outside. For the service I use this post office for international shipping and I have no complaints so far. Staff are helpful teaching me what’s the best and cheapest option for international shipping.

Thanks Annandale Post Office , Nancy and her co workers are so helpful and kind to deal with. I have been coming to this PO since 1994 when we moved into the suburb. It is great that people remember your name as well as your wife and daughters. 5 STARS !!

Pretty efficient, especially considering the awful year that we have all had (2020) and how much strain the postal service is under. Polite staff, everyone is trying their best. I like this little corner post office a lot.

The ladies there are quite patient. I have a parcel which should be collected several days ago however I left for holiday, and they helped me to find it. Thank you for keeping the parcel safely and thank you for your five-star service!

I’ve always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. There’s the occasional longer wait at busy times but that’s expected at a busy post office.

The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me find a lost parcel.
