We drive an extra 10 minutes to come to this pharmacy! Passing 4 on the way but worth it for the amazing customer service of all the staff! My parents have packs here and they honestly go above an beyond to help us we also get all our scripts and needs from here too. Huge range and they are happy to order in and DELIVER!

Hi. I have been a client of Pharmacy For Less.....now Direct Chemist Outlet for many years. I have never been disappointed dealing with Ali , Gina and others. It's always professional and obliging, with a bit of fun included. With their current staff, knowledge and enthusiasm they are the BEST!. Would not go elsewhere.

This is my new local chemist! Great discounts and many products to choose from. Pharmacist Gina T has a wealth of knowledge and always gives the right advice for what I need.

There are good pharmacists and then they are great ones. Ali is great! He is professional in his delivery and he makes every attempt to assist and explain things. He is always happy and smiles when he serves his customer's even after he has been standing on his feet all day. Well done and keep it up. We need more operators like this across all sectors.

At the pharmacy 4less Keysborough south , the staff are great and especially the pharmacist GINA is a very professional and hospitality lady who talks to the customers very politely and she is so kind as well, she explains everything very nicely and satisfies the customers with her great service and attitude, she is an asset for the company and also ALI the pharmacist also does a very good job and service and he is very knowledgeable about the business and explains everything very clearly to the customers as well, keep up the good work going 👍🙏

They have a fantastic pharmacist Ali. He is extremely friendly and accomodating to customers needs. Has exceptional communication skills, updating and making sure customers have been helped with.

This Pharmacy is by far the best one , where the staff really get to know you and your needs. . Gina and Ali ( the pharmacist's there ) are both wonderful and always accommodating, nothing is ever a bother for them and they always go that extra mile for you. Good old fashioned friendly service.

How good is Pharmasist Ali? Not my usual chemist but the positive energy from the team is awesome.

Genuinely awesome service. I needed a script filled desperately but they had already closed. One of the workers opened back up so I could get what I needed. Every time I come there I’m greeted with awesome smiles and people who genuinely care. Amazing service, if I could rate higher I would give it a 6/5. And no I’m not an employee. :)

I have never been to a pharmacy where the staff go out of their way to get customer satisfaction like this one. I'm so lucky it happens to be near my home.
They are amazing!
Nothing is too much trouble. They will look things up for you, check prices, phone around for your item from another pharmacy, order items in for you. They truly go above and beyond with their service. I've never known a pharmacist check (like Ali does) to see what your general health is like and what other over the counter drugs you may be taking which may interact with the one he's dispensing. His level of professionalism is outstanding!
All the staff are friendly and welcoming but Ali (the pharmacist) and Corey, are possibly the nicest people you could meet. They're friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely care about, and are interested in, all their customers/patients no matter how brief the interaction.

Had another pharmacist today,
a lady and I'm sorry I didn't get her name.
Yet again the knowledge and professionalism from this pharmacy is outstanding!
She noticed a change in dosage of my medication and was worried about the sharp decrease (it can cause nasty side effects) and wanted to check with me what was going on with my condition.
I don't want to 'diss' other pharmacy chains (...cough, cough chemist warehouse), but I can't recall them ever being so genuinely caring about my health.
Another 5 stars for this little gem of a pharmacy from me!
