Officeworks Dandenong South

My wife and I went to this store in Dandenong to buy something and were served by ADAM this was an amazing customer service experience that needed to be recognised. Adam was friendly polite patient and went over and above our exceptions to help us and all with a smile. He even got the store manager DAN down to complete this transaction Dan was also very kind and helpful went out of his way to help. It is customer service like this that brings customers back. Keep up the good work guys you both have a great future in customer service.

As someone who works in customer service I understand what its like working at close of store. Although it was late the staff were incredibly helpful and did so with a smile.

Came around 7pm on a Tuesday night and quite disappointed with the printers quality in printing full colour on A4.
But Riley was so patient and helped me so much with my print. Final outcome came out okay but Riley was just on top of it serving me and all the other customers at the same time. Printer was not good at all but customer service is great. He’s a superstar! 😊

Absolutely brilliant, has everything you would need for school and work. Everything is easy to find thanks to the convenient row headings. Even if you can't find what you are looking for, the staffs are there to help you out.

We've just an incredible experience at this store. We watched a customer be extremely rude to staff members and the manager? - Ry - was extremely polite and diffused the situation well.
Not long after that, we were going through the registers and he interacted fantastically with my autistic 3 year old and absolutely made his day. Ry, you're awesome!

Usually I don't write reviews a lot, but was very impressed with the overall customer service I received when I went in with a issue with my laptop, the duty manager Issy was very understanding and was willing to listen to the problem I was having, and helped me resolve the matter, I went in with a negative mindset due to issues I was having but came out with a positive outcome, thank you.

Hi this store had the best print department. I did another job then there now. I do events and do printing regularly I am in Cranbourne 2 weeks ago on Friday at cranbourne store I was told I can't get a poster printed till Tuesday. The guy with specs was not helpfull at all, I came here they did it then there. It's not once many times it happen. They always say Yes instead of NO . The best print department so far with my experience.

Never an issue when I visit Officeworks South Dandenong. I don’t understand why people write adverse reviews about this store and the staff. Another great shopping experience this early morning when I met the lovely Krysta. She has served me on a few occasions. Krysta always goes above and beyond each and every time. As we chatted I found out that she had been working there for around 14 years. Is it any wonder? Loves her job and does it well with an appealing smile too. Thank you Krysta. Our business will be relocating close to the store in a few months and we’ll be buying more from you.

The ladies at Officeworks South Dandenong went above & beyond to help us out to make sure my Father-in-law’s funeral program was able to be printed at the eleventh hour. Could not have been more compassionate or helpful! Huge thank you to them!!

All staff here are very kind and helpful however, I would like to make a special shout out to Anela who printed and bound all my school books. I had been turned away from two previous Officeworks that day and had been stressed that I couldn't get it done by the time I needed them. I was expecting to be told to pick them up in a couple of days, but Anela asked no questions and did them instantly. I was so grateful as she was the only one in the printing services department and I'm sure was very busy. Anela takes her job seriously and shows great professionalism. Thank you so much for the great service!!

Purchased a new Canon printer from Office Works Dandenong South and was very impressed with the salesman on the shop floor. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in our dealings. The service we received was excellent compared to most retail outlets today that treat you as an interruption to their time and a do not care attitude. Would return to this Store for future needs. The staff at Dandenong South Officeworks always go above and beyond to help the community, NFP orgs and the education of young people. Excellent click and collect service during lockdown. I have been ordering some urgent office items via their click and collect and I have seen one of the fastest click and collect service. 15 mins after the order was placed the order was ready for pickup. Can't fault their Customer service at all.

The customer Service i received from Mario at this store was fantastic, store phones not working correctly, online click and collect did not work, but he sorted things out for me. As a result a very happy customer. Keep up the good work was great customer service provided.

Even I'm living in Cranbourne I still love to print from Dandenong south store.Compare to Cranbourne store customer care and professionalism so much better in Dandenong south. I always look for Krysta.Beyond professional.
