Fantastic service from the staff at The Good Guys Dandenong. I had a fault with a product I purchased and I got zero assistance from the supplier (TCL) but had the issue sorted by the Good Guys team.

Good customer service from sales team member Sian, made the transaction easy. Also at the checkout very courteous team member Harit checked that everthing was in order and correct before I paid. Overall these two team members were very helpful and friendly, making sure the customer was happy.

I just wanted to share I had a very pleasant experience at this store last night. Staff were relaxed and I was in and out with my purchase in under 10mins. I had called other good guys stores with me enquiry, but they were all rude and didn't give me a definitive answer. I drove a bit further for this store because of the staff over the phone assured me before i came. More stores need to be like them instead of having many inexperienced members that keep escalating but getting nowhere.

OMG! The good guys staff did saved my $3,500 from spend for nothing. They are Very honest and caring an awesome care of the their customers. From my view they don’t do business there but helping the people instead. He’s name is Kam. He is the one serve me. He was telling me about the restrictions of e-scooter. He tells all the facts about that. To say in other word, he advised us not to buy that stuff. There could be a chance to face disappointment with the stuff that I’m going to buy for $3,500. Because the escooter been banned in NSW. So the possibility is very high for the Vic government to bring the same restrictions for escooter in Melbourne. Then the escooter will just sleeps at my home. So MANY THANKS TO BROTHER KAM! IM GONNA BUY MORE STUFF FROM GOOD GUYS DANDENONG. 1000x❤

I had a great experience and received quality knowledge and advice from worker, Kam. He was very patient, explained tech to me which I don't understand, and helped me to understand items for best value. Ended up purchasing a TV, fridge, and washing machine! Very happy!

We have really been looked after at this Good Guys store in Dandenong, my wife and I had a few issues with microwave ovens , but the front counter staff were courteous , understanding and helpful.
I would highly recommend people to go to this store, great range of products, and a friendly , happy and no sales pressure, yet willing to help..

Can't fault the service. Staff are very helpful even under pressure. Stocks are limited and variety is limited but that's due to the way the world is going. Hopefully by next year we will be back to a more normal time. Good dayly specials always check online before buying any items elsewhere.

We went here browsing for a fridge and microwave. Ricky who was looking after that area told us all the pros and cons of different fridges and microwaves. Ended up buying both of them on the spot. Ricky even beat the employee discount that I get from Samsung. I had to take back the microwave as it didn't fit our microwave space in the kitchen. Fridge delivered within a week and Ricky kept me in the loop when fridge was dispatched from warehouse. Ricky definitely need to get a pay rise :) Overall great experience.

He just knows his aircons extremely well. I’m sure he knows far more than just Aircons as well. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and super friendly.

Purchased a new Fetch top box for our Television. Made the order over the Phone and received a great price and all the information we required. Received free delivery and item was delivered a day later. Great service considering item purchased during our fifth COVID lockdown. Highly recommend this company for great service. Will sure use again in the future.

Amazing friendly staff. I was greeted outside and inside the entry. A great sign. I ordered a Dyson fan off eBay. It was ordered at 6.30 pm. I picked it up at 8.30 pm the same night. Very handy on a 42 degree day. The whole pick up process took 60 seconds. What a great buying experience.

We went to purchase a new vaccum cleaner after are old one broke down.
The sales assistant was knowledgeable and helped us choose the right cleaner for our needs. We love our Miele.
She assisted on the price and we purchased the extended warranty for peace of mind.
I would have no issues in recommending the good guys and have purchased my sons laptop and other items in the past.

I am very happy with their service and staff are well informed. I met with a Sales person called Darren, he have in depth knowledge of various music systems and TVs. He was happy to demonstrate different products and was patient to answer the questions. I will give a 5star to Darren and a 5star to Good Guys huge shop with amazing selection.

Ali - manager is always efficient, provides great customer service and the most competitive price. I have bought at least 7 items (3 x washing machines, dryer, dishwasher, gas stove top, air conditioner) off the top of my head )in the past 5 years. for myself, my family or tenants, and each time, we have been looked after from start to finish. Could not find a more competitive pricing anywhere else. Well done Good Guys Dandenong. No doubt we will be back anytime you have anything we need, that you sell!
