The Innisfail taxi service is very efficient,most drivers are happy and talkative. I find that the driver named PETER in car12 is a wonderful person to talk to he is in my opinion the best driver that goes out of his way to help you in anyway possible!

Not reliable at taxi rank. Many times we have had to wait for over 1hr in the heat of the day. Like today (23rd Dec 2020).
Food going yuck. Wish there was competition here in Innisfail. 70yr old lady having to wait over 1hr in the heat :( 34°C yes there is a cover over rank. But is still hot.
Update : 03rd March 2023, so far waited over 60mins for taxi. Wish they had another taxi service here.
