Great store and wonderful service at the paint shop 😀 We enjoyed the sausage sizzle too, lovely gentlemen running it.

Finally found some decent Hex Drivers that don't strip the screws on my high end equipment.

The team members in the timber yard were more than helpful in assisting us to load our heavy materials onto the roof of our car. Excellent service. Thank you.

A lil slice of heaven; whilst it would be wonderful if they could stock more items, the staff go above and beyond to help find items that are tucked away on shelves or storerooms etc

This store really needs to be commended on their staff who not only go out of their way to assist you, but are super friendly too. The store is neat and well stocked with everything I needed.

My only unhappy experience was with one of their young ladies who worked behind the paint counter - she seemed to be a bit bossy with the staff, messed up the paint order of the lady before me and had to put aside two pots of paint that were incorrect. When it was my turn, I asked for paint to be mixed she assured me the colour I was after was on the shelf but when I got home and opened what she gave me it was several shades lighter. We were moving that weekend so I could not go back to the store 🙃

I had in store business to sort out at Bunnings Innisfail today and last Friday, A woman (Agnes) serviced me and she went above and beyond to help me out, having to malty task as she went. She spent hours sorting things out for me. Thank you so much Agnes , well done.

My wife and I have recently purchased split system air conditioners. We live in a regional town where price matching can be difficult and prices tend to be inflated. Our local Bunnings went the extra mile for us and gave us what we thought was the best value for money deal on good quality AC systems with friendly local advice and assistance. ACs arrived earlier than expected and collection was smooth and efficient. Thanks to Vicki and Innisfail Bunnings for all the help.

Huge range and very helpful staff. If they don't have it in stock they are always happy to order it in for you,and all at a great price.

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful!! If there's anything they don't have they'll go out of their way to make sure that you get it. Best place to go when you do your home improvements.

Nice little Bunnings. Guy working at counter was so funny and helpful. We went Sat 1st September at around 4pm! Deserves a pat on the back :)

Millions of products to choice from that are great quality but very reasonably prices. My favorite store of all time!
