Hungry Jack's Burgers Islington

Went through drive thru and ordered a Large Double Whopper Meal and swapped the Mayo for Heavy Ranch and Large Onion Rings. Parked in the car park to eat, and noticed I was missing my Onion Rings. Drove back through and was told to wait in parking bay, as they would cook up a fresh one. Team Member Chelsea who had perfect customer service brought out onion rings. I let her know that I didn’t get heavy ranch in my burger and that the fries were average. She offered a replacement but I said I was fine. She got my the extra ranch sauce. Surely, HJs being a multi billion dollar company could give Chelsea a $2 pay rise. If I find out this doesn’t happen, I might refer her to another multi billion dollar company where she gets paid what she deserves for perfect customer service. Don’t be let great team members leave and treat them right HJs! Working in Fast Food and Retail already sucks, and I know from experience. Over to you HJs!

Good. New crunchy boneless chicken wasn't crunchy, nore was it moist. It was dry and almost tasteless. Bought 3 pieces, one piece was so small, I've had bigger "nuggets" from KFC. Won't get caught again. I did get a seniors drink. They didn't stuff that up thankfully.

Quick service and good quality. The staff is very friendly and polite. Although fast food is bad for you and that you should not consume it, if you somehow find yourself needing a quick fix of fast food, this place won't disappoint. Again, fast food is extremely unhealthy and this should be your last option. Eat healthy people.

Had a really nice meal here with the kids today. They're was a few new members of staff being trained and it was great to see the interaction between the manager and staff to boost the confidence of the new members. Very great to see, keep up the great work.

Finally a hungry jacks that serves milk shakes with all flavours. Will be coming here more. Fries have improved but need more salt for flavour.🍦🥤🍟

Myself being a vegetarian, found it difficult to find vegetarian burger here in Adelaide but thanks to hungry Jack's I really got delicious vegetarian burger n Sunday ice-cream with strawberry

Best Hungry Jacks in Adelaide!! Crispy AF angry onions, perfectly cooked nuggets, burger was hot and fresh with right amount of fillings, delicious fresh chips. Mwah! Can’t get any better than that.

We have had some issues with Hungry Jacks in the past with both drive thru and eat in, but this place is first class, friendly efficient service, spotlessly clean tables and floor. Food was hot and delicious. A big well done and thankyou to all at this place

Same as all the other Hungry Jack's / Burger King stores. I use the shake and win through the app everytime I'm near a store and sometimes I get something for free like a ice cream, coffee, soft drink or fries. I like the food and it's good value for money, but I prefer McDonald's. Sorry guys

This is the best hungry jacks around! Their burgers are consistently good. Never had a bad one here.
A lot of HJs drown their burgers in sauce and mayo but these guys don't.

Wasn't expecting a lot after my last visit to another HJ's but this was really good. It was flat chat on a hot day and the food and service were all top notch plus the restaurant was lovely and cool. Happily stop at this store again.

Cashier was very polite, respectful and always take orders with nice smile, Food quality was awesome. Everything was great. 5 Stars.

Burgers were well made, much neater than others I've had, and staff were great. They even let me plug my phone into a power point in the kitchen so I would have enough charge to navigate to the motel in staying at 😅

What can you say. Burger basics but consistent with taste and delivery.
