This review is specifically for staff member Kelly & her trainee Michelle. They both were extremely helpful, attentive & courteous. Kelly went the extra mile to ensure I had all my selected electrical items (both from interstate/locally) available in time to ensure our project wasn't delayed. Kelly has been an absolute gem of a person to deal with & I believe is a great asset to the Beacon Lighting Churchill team. I was impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff are. They give you time to look around at all the lights first. Then they will come over to ask if they could help with anything or answer any questions. I brought a light they needed to order in. I was impressed that the price would still by the sale price even when the light would arive well after the sale had ended. Also my light has a year warranty on it. Which is important due to the light not going up for some time.

Had a wonderful experience at Beacon Lighting at Kilburn. Was served by a lovely man called Stephen. He was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Very happy with the lovely service we were provided with 👍👍
