Website was very simple and easy to navigate. Order was processed with confirmation and within minutes telling me it was ready (I had chosen Click and Collect). Called into store at Prospect SA and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They even carried my 20kg bag of dry food out to my car! Excellent service all around. Highly recommended.

Attended Puppy School for our Kelpie Sandy and highly recommend Simone. She taught us everything and more, specifically to our breed. Worked amazingly in the group setting, meeting other puppies and also received so much one on one training and tips. It was great to see such a fast progression in our puppy, Simone made it too easy to approach challenges whilst at home and while training Sandy. Highly highly recommend.

Our local pet store. Staff feel like they're there to genuinely help instead of tricking you into buying things you don't need. They're quick to attend to your needs without hassling and are knowledgeable on the products stocked. Been going here for 5+ years, never had a bad experience.

Good customer service with staff truly interested in your pets needs. Large range of everything for your pets to be happy and healthy. The signage on top of all the shelving makes it easy to navigate the store.

Very big store. Lots of variety in food, grooming items, bedding, clothing, toys etc.
I'm not a fan of seeing kittens in cages waiting for adoption., but they have them also.

We just completed the 5 week puppy preschool at Petbarn Prospect. Simone, the trainer, was very welcoming and knowledgeable and made the lessons engaging for both puppies and humans! The graduation at the end is really fun and great to see how all the puppies progressed since week 1. Great bag of goodies at the end too! Thanks Simone!

I might be biased (full disclosure, I work here) but this store is great! Large & well stocked. Two indoor DIY dog washes and staff from a range of backgrounds and life experiences, allowing for you to find the right person to help with any of your pet parent needs.

I suddenly realized I didn't have Arlo's Nexgard Spectra for the beginning of the month. I ordered 2 boxes on line,at 5.10 in the afternoon. I saw 2 hour free delivery but expected to receive it next day. 25 minutes after I sent my order the Uber man was at my door with my order. Great price and great service. Arlo likes to visit petbarn cause he knows they keep treats at the counter.

Quite a large store and the staff are very helpful, friendly, and passionate. They seem to have answers and help on any question you can ask! There is a good range of fresh pet food in the fridges and a large range of fish. Even covers some of your rarer animals like reptiles with terrariums and also hermot crabs. A dog wash as wel!!

Hendon Pet Barn's store manager Shelly is amazing! Shelly took her time to assist me with buying my brand new puppy some food. Shelly gave OUTSTANDING advice and was very generous with explaining “taste guarantee”. I am never going to shop at another pet store as long as Shelly and her friendly team are there!
