Albury Family Tourist Park

Having frequented the Albury Family Tourist Park multiple times since its change in ownership, I'm genuinely impressed with the significant improvements that have taken place. The amenities have undergone a remarkable transformation, showcasing top-notch quality that ensures every guest's comfort. Beyond the physical enhancements, what stands out is the warmth and hospitality radiated by the new owner. Their commitment to ensuring an unparalleled experience for visitors is palpable. What a transformation!
The new management has done a great job, renovating the cabins and improving the ambiance of the park. It's welcoming, family and feels like home.

Recently changed hands, they are doing a fantastic job improving the services. The staff are very quick at responding, and did a great job looking after me and my 3 workers. Very safe parking, and convenient to shops and highway. Residents are friendly and welcoming.

I never write reviews but I felt I had to after visiting this place last week . I also read the above review which is not accurate. These photos say it all really. The bathroom has not been cleaned or maintained in what looks like years. It was not safe. Refer to the photographs. The pool not usable. Very large intimidating long term dog on short chain in the park. Needs massive overhaul of cleaning and maintenance. We’ve stayed all around Australia and this place was the worst to say the least.

We stayed at this park and can honestly say it’s one of the worst we have stayed at. The toilet/shower amenities need a complete overhaul, they hadn’t been cleaned in the four days we were there. They were disgusting. The laundry was apauling, I wouldn’t wash my clothes in that washing machine if they payed me. It was awful!!
The swimming pool was unusable, dirty and tiles coming off everywhere and very dangerous.

The upside of everything was the caravan spot we had the caravan, the lawns were neat and there was nobody else around us.

I have read some of the other reviews on here which gave it some good reviews, I’m not sure which part of it was good that they stayed, but certainly wasn’t where we were.
