I would like to thank Anna Phung for her magnificent support and compassion for my elderly parents (65th anniversary in March) I have never been emotional about a visit to the bank but she went absolutely above and beyond all expectations to help two senior citizens who were lost in all bank rhetoric and doom and gloom from a supervisor.

She was the only person who heard me during the scam I went through, it was and still is a horrible thing to go through, losing almost 5 thousand dollars hurts so much.
It’s been hard to go back to normal and trust the bank, the websites, texts, and even opening the bills emails.
So am very great full for this lady who gives her heart out to help others while they are hurting.
Still sad that nobody else from the bank cares about these issues.

Come in last week. Was greeted by a wonderful warm smile from Wendy, I was in to close my credit card. Wendy sat me down and made me aware of the waiting time which I appreciated on a busy day they were having. Shortly after ( quicker then I thought 😊) I was greeted warmly again by Brindley and sat down at his desk. Brindley was able to provide me with FANTASTIC information as well as process my credit card cancellation, I definitely left wiser with the service and information provided to me by him.I would like to thank everyone at this branch ! This bank is my favorite. I have an unauthorized transaction (122.87AUD) and I get back my refund within 2 business days. I thought that I would lost the money already, but guess what, I got them all back.
