Missus and I purchased our new King Mattress last Sunday through a young gentleman named Hayden. Service was great, no sales pressure and delivery also had a live tracker to see how far away the delivery was, so you’re not waiting around for hours on end for your purchase in a “window” Happily will seek Hayden for our next purchase

Our sales person Biba was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful but not pushy at all ..

Had safety issues with 2 of 8 Hadley Dining Chairs purchased 3 years ago. A Mart replaced and delivered the replacement chairs without question. Gotta be happy with that!

I have been into Amart multiple times within the past couple of months trying to decide on furniture. They have a lovely selection and great staff. I only ended up purchasing a mattress, but was very impressed with the level of attentiveness from the staff and their superb customer service. Special shout out to Scott for all his help. Thank you!

No shortage of sales staff seeking out your attention instore. Was able to select items, purchase and receive receipt on the spot. Received items from rear of store within minutes of pulling up outside collection area.

Dealt with Scott at the Mandurah store was so helpful got us even more discount off leather lounge already on sale wasn't pushy let us go home check out sizes and we came back next day and bought it. Thanks Scott

A good selection of furniture and a well equipped team that are ready to help.

The store could use a wider selection of furniture that is suitable for children/families but this is something that is usually out of the control of the local store managers.

I would highly recommend making Amart your first choice when looking for reasonable priced furniture

Great open spce browsing. Sat in dining chairs to see if comfy for linger than a minute, yes all good and they deliver. Staff super helpful.

Staff very helpful very friendly I bought small white table and four chairs got home with it opened up table split I phoned and they did not hesitate to say it's alright we will get table picked up from your house deliver you another one I get my table today thankyou all you young lady's at smart Mandurah

Went to Amart Furniture Mandurah today and was quite happy with the service and the personal. The staff were smiling and joking around with me even though it was a quite hot day! I was served as soon as I walked in and redirected to what I was looking for, in and out with delivery date/time within 15mins -20mins

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great service. The delivery guys were fantastic. Extremely helpful and patient. Thank you so much guys.

Got some new stools from here a few weeks ago and love them!
Daniel was very helpful and even went out of his way to see if they had the stools out back and then help bring them out to my car 👍
Did get a welcome by everyone in the store but funny thing was I got a welcome to the store a 2nd time from the same guy! 🤣 like think you should remember who you said welcome to amart 🤣
The place is so big, clean and well set up! Feels very welcoming when you walk in them front doors. Even my daughter loved it! I use to go to cockburn amart but looks like I'll be coming here again 👍
