terrible service. took a month to remove 4 links from a bracelet and after that it was still clearly too big. they insisted it was an acceptable size after seeing it slide halfway down my hand. after convincing them that a bracelet shouldnt sit around my fingers they took another month to remove 2 more links. waste of $130.
