F45 Training Booragoon

Love this gym! The trainers are amazing, the space, equipment, and venue is great and accessible. The trainers are hugely focused on improving the health, fitness, posture, and abilities of their gym patrons 😊

F45 Booragoon has an amazing spacious studio with beautiful staff. They welcomed me to studio with open arms while I was on a short stay while travelling Australia. It was great to have a conversation with the owner about general life. The studios house keeping and cleanliness is 10/10.

Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at F45 Booragoon. All the trainers are super friendly and knowledgeable, and they take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I train about 4 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers, awesome music and participants who take class create a perfect workout environment. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. Highly recommended!

Joining F45 Booragoon has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made in 2023! I feel as if I’ve finally found an exercise routine that works for me and I’m excited to see the results from my efforts! Love that it’s not just another gym, the Booragoon team is a family! Best place to train! I’ve been a member for 2 years now and have zero complaints. This has been the only exercise I’ve been able to stick to and consistently see results with. This is the friendliest and most supportive F45. The owners genuinely have a love of the studio and all members. The members are a mix of age and gender. Best part is I’ve made some incredible friends there. Can’t recommend enough.

I love being apart of F45 Booragoon! The owners Kerrie and Mike are awesome. They make working out fun, and celebrate all occasions. The trainers are equally great and work to encourage and challenge you depending on your goals. Would recommend :)

I absolutely love this place! The people, the workouts and the way I feel each time I train is the reason it’s been my gym for almost 5 years! It ticks all the boxes - physically, mentally and socially. There is no other gym like it!

Great atmosphere, trainers are encouraging, personable and friendly - even the members make this place welcoming for everyone.

One of the only F45s where you are encouraged to go at your own pace and make adjustments to exercises you aren't comfortable with.

There is heaps of space to work out and facilities are well maintained.

The F45 Booragoon community is great to be a part of with friendly staff and members, genuine friendships have been formed there! The HUGE warehouse space is better than any of the other F45's I have trained at and owners Nick & Kate are absolute gems!

Friendly atmosphere from staff and members makes it welcoming to all. Trainers are professional and experienced and care about the members.
Exercise routines are varied and will definitely get results as you listen to good tunes. I highly recommend.
