Another hidden gem. The glass noodles salad were amazing. Had the beef and the crispy rolls variants. They were so flavourful and yummy. The staff were so warm welcoming and engaging. It was tucked in the fremantle market. Highly recommended.

The best authentic veitnamese food. You will be amazed how unique is the taste and freshness of their food. We love their salads and stuffed chicken wings. The best and way better than so many other restaurants we have been to. My family, friends and colleagues always buy our meals here, even so small area, we are happy to wait and we have bought take away too. We love it and keep coming back. We need to support such small business with genuine authentic recipes. The couple who owns this are super friendly too always happy and welcoming.

We always devour everything before we could even take decent pictures of our meals. So
Yummy and we always just enjoy it and long to come back again.

Still the best! I now buy my salads and stuffed chicken wings here and have presented it a BBQ picnic at home. My family and guests loved it. The Papaya salad with prawns are so refreshing. We love their food. Really one of the best in Perth, not just in Fremantle.
The stuffed chicken wings at Fee Fi Fo Fum Vietnamese restaurant in Subiaco is nothing compare to Xoi Saigon. Their dressings are so authentic. A must try.

Discovered Xoi Saigon a few weeks ago and have been back several times. The owner is lovely and genuinely enthusiastic about her menu. The stuffed chicken is a guilty pleasure and the lemon-grass beef skewers are a must. The Xoi Man is the best value meal in the whole markets. Highly recommended!

Beef Glass Noodle Salad was perfect combo of fresh salad and delicious noodles. Highly recommend this stall in the freo markets, located back corner in the midst of the fruit and vege sellers.

So delicious we went two days in a row! It is hard to choose between the beef salad, sticky rice and stuffed boneless chicken wings as they are all so good. Fast, fresh, great value and served with a smile.

This place is Godsent. Open at 9am so you can a proper breakfast, their xoi man (savoury sticky rice) is a next level cacophony of flavours and textures which I haven't found replicated anywhere in Perth. A must try!
