If I could give a higher rating I would!
I went to their new store located in Stanhope Gardens on the 24th of December AND LET ME TELL YOU! not only was the quality of meat honestly AMAZING! their service and kindness was beyond!

I made it to their store as they were closing the door (running late due to work) and they still welcomed me in and helped me put my order together! I'm talking about fridges cleaned everyone ready to go home for Christmas eve after a really busy day and they still welcomed me with so much kindness and care!

Needless to say I've definitely found my go to butchery

I heard about this new butcher in my area so I decided to try it. The mince is absolutely amazing! So lean and tasty. I made a lasagne and some meat balls on the weekend. The compliments I got from the family were so rewarding. I will definitely be coming here. I also bought a whole fresh chicken which I roasted today. Very nice too!
I’m so glad we finally have a decent butcher in the Hills area.

The meat was not good.. It was really tough and dry. Customer service wasn't great as well.
2 stars is just for the cleanliness. Wouldn't be going back to purchase meat from this shop.

I went in for the first time I bought some meat it is quiet pricey and on top of that my total was one price and then when I used eftpos to pay they charged me at least 1.50 extra than what the last told me the total was that showed on the register , don’t know why they charge me 1.50 extra as it is my total was about 73 dollars so their shouldn’t be a surcharge it’s unprofessional and you can’t rip your customers off like that no matter the amount of their was a surcharge to use the eftpos it shouldn’t ne that much and if it is then the workers need to tell the customers not just charge them without them knowing

The worst customer service in entire Sydney. While entering the shop the shop-assistants were busy talking and “gleating” (goat noise) rather than serving us! May be they assumed we are Indians and only eat goat meat! We just walked out. The meat might be good but there are plenty of butchers around! Concentrate of customer service.

This is just for the hours listed. Got here at seven and place was not open. Not sure about taste of meat
