Great experience from front desk through to getting CT scan done. Emma was my technician, very professional and did an awesome job.

We are extremely thankful to Exact Radiology, Gatton. My husband needed a CT scan and FNA done asap. There was a long waiting list for the FNA procedure and we were put on the waiting list and the procedure would cost quite a bit of money..we understood that we are not the only people with urgent requests..but thanks to the compassion of Wendy ( front reception) and the doctor who does the FNAs...we got a phone call to say we could have the FNA done the same day as the CT scan...AND that they would Bulk Bill it. We are so grateful to all the staff, the radiographer and the other front reception staff...his diagnosis is not great, but thanks to Exact...treatment will now start (hopefully)in the early stages...many thanks 🙏

I needed to have a TV ultrasound done asap and they got me the appointment very quickly. Everyone was nice since we arrived but a special mention to the caring showed by the ultrasonographer, which was simply outstanding!

I recently attended Exact Radiology Gatton (not for the first time) and once again was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. From the ladies at the front desk to the technicians who did my scans (and we're so patient waiting for me to be able to move through the pain), they were nothing but caring and professional. Thankyou so much.

I needed to look up the clinic address on "maps" and noted some reviews which seemed to be a bit negative directed at the reception/wait times. When I arrived both receptionists were busy but pleasant; it turns out my radiology request had been prepared incorrectly which meant the receptionist needed to contact the hospital and get the corrected information, requiring several calls to hospital departments and finding listed doctors to be able to authorize then receive the imaging. It takes time, my guess is happens often enough and is in no way the receptionists fault. The technicians were great; efficient and courteous...overall it was a good experience.

I've had everything from ultrasounds to CTs to that crazy circular head x-ray done at the Gatton clinic and really appreciate the consideration shown. Yes, the receptionists are busy, but they've also gone above and beyond to help me when necessary. Thanks, Ladies! Special shout out to Ron the Ultrasound Guru - he's found things that were missed and been there scan-by-scan.

I had 2 ultrasound examinations done within a month of different areas. They were both carried out by Ronal. He was exceptionally professional and informative of the process. He also helped me to get the one report done urgently as it was required by the insurance company. Thanks Ronal. Keep up the good work in Gatton. Your friendly and kind service is appreciated.

Exact radiology were amazing!!!! We travelled from kingsthorpe to Gatton to have my 13 year old daughters echocardiogram done because toowoomba had no appointments for 1-2 moths. The staff were all so wonderful and kind from the receptionist to the tech Paul who tid the echo. He made my daughter feel very comfortable and at ease (which can be hard because she is a very anxious and shy girl). I would travel that far again happily.

The team at Exact radiology Gatton have always been amazing, friendly and professional we are lucky to have them thanks team for all that you do.

Very friendly reception ladies and Gus was an outstanding radiologist. He provided detailed information regarding my entire procedure and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Absolutely brilliant. Also the doctor was very professional and very caring. Thankyou for your excellent care.

All staff friendly, professional&caring. Great layout ie toilets, waiting room, changing areas& consultation rooms.

I don't understand the bad rating. I had a good all around experience with friendly receptionist and quick results.

Always very nice service and timely appointments, we always feel very well looked after here. Much must of changed since the prior reviewers experiences.

Excellent staff

Rude reception staff. Not sure why they have a phone line either. Radiographers are great though.

When do some upstart nursing aid, dictate to a patient what is the best scan for a him or her.
If the doctor provides a referral saying he wants the scan with contrast that is the way it should be done.
Patient should not be told by some upstart nurse aid the doctors does not know what he is talking about.
