Hungry Jack's Burgers Port Kennedy

Whole heartedly 5 stars! Was served by a girl with the name "Rylee" on her name badge, and she was just delightful! Super chirpy voice and an infectious smile, she got my order right and served it to me quickly. The food tasted great and was an overall great first time experience at Hungry Jacks.

i hope the rest of the crew take a leaf out of Rylee's book, and she gets the praise she deserves for her awesome customer service skills!

I ordered from menulog, I decided to ring up to place concerned about my order as most of the time it is either wrong or in some way messed up (either by the driver or the restaurant) I'm not too sure as I don't work there. The 1st time I ran up the guy (I'm assuming a manager) answering was etremely considerate and nice considering he was most likely busy. He gave me a replacement and said I could come in anytime. The next time I ordered from menulog I rang up asking if I could get my replacement in my bag along with what I ordered. Later on I realised my order was going to take a long time as the estimated delivery for a few items was over an hour. I rang again to ask if it could be made close to the delivery so I was eating fresh and coincidentally it was the same gentleman he was extremely nice the 2nd time and he was considerate knowing my situation. He placed some extra things in the bag (thank you) along with what I ordered and a note that made me really appreciative and smile. I did try to ring up to get his name unfortunately the line was busy. All I know is that he worked Tuesday the 20th and was likely the overnight manager (I did order pretty late) he is is one of the few people when "complaining" that I have found are professional and come to a conclusion that you'll like. He spoke without irritation and as a person who understands. I hope people in the future will have the experience I have had with this store. It is hard to be perfect when rushed but I am thankfully for people like this. I hope he sees this and knows that people out there appreciate the little efforts he makes to be nice. Thank you my fellow onion ring lover.

The people that work there are such hard workers. I've gone in at busy times and they do such a good job to get everyone's meals to them in a good amount of time without many mistakes. They work together well and use great communication to get the orders. Well done everyone 🤙

The food was hot and fresh and the coffee was nice too. It's not often that I have to wait long for my order here. If I'm in the area and I feel like a burger I stop here.

Port Kennedy Hungry Jack's has been a hit and a miss in the past, but the last couple of times have blown my expectations out of the waters, absolutely love the experience the last couple of times the food has been at a wonderful temperature, it's has tasted fresh, and just awesome. I hope they are able to keep the standards they have displayed up!

This is my local Hungry Jacks. I always go into the restaurant for burgers and the service is fast and the burgers are made even faster. Have always had really good burgers from them. The Aussie burger being one of my favourites with an extra pattie for added protein.

Not a bad burger, certainly hit the spot when you're hungry. Chips were fresh which was nice

I take my Grandson there every Wednesday it's the cheapest place for him to have his favourite burger 🍔 😋

It was very busy, but our food came out quickly the classic burgers we're up to there normal high standard, and our coffee was lovely, but the chips were not cooked and we're horrible.

Have never had a bad meal from Hungry Jacks PK. Staff are very polite and happy.

Got what I ordered and they never mess up an order, but Baldivis, will never go there again. Happened 3 times with me that there were trouble with my order. Rockingham is also excellent.

We were so disappointed in the Baldivis one hubby didn't really want to go. We went to the Port Kennedy one and WoW what a difference in the food. Big thanks well do PK

Hello ummm this was so yum for me to eat i like when I chew the whopper in the buns wiv a hot chip.
