Amazing service. We’re so pleased with our new bikes. The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and really thorough. And the prices would be hard to beat - even on a good day. I’m only sorry that 5 stars is the maximum I can give.

This is my local bicycle shop conveniently located in Port Kennedy in a spacious and modern setting with ample off-street parking. I visited recently to purchase some more tubes and accessories for my aero bikes and evaluate the Garmin products available. This shop has a great range of road, gravel, mountain, E-bike, childrens bikes and general commuter bicycles well laid out and beautifully presented. The price point on bicycles ranges from the very affordable all the way to the pro series elite models and brands. The service is outstanding and very friendly. They offer a full range of accessories to accommodate all your cycling needs and upgrade your ride including electrolytes and cycling nutrition foods. There is a modern service department, a cycling shoe section, pricing is good and they run specials regularly.

I put in my son's bike for a service last week and was told that they can't look at it for just over 2 weeks due to the amount of bikes in for service. To my surprise I received a text message to say it was serviced and ready within 1 week.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I bought my son's bike from them when they were in Baldivis, and would most probably purchase other bikes from them in the near future. Their customer service is great. 😊

I picked up my first e-bike from this mob after about six months of searching the web for something suitable for city commuting. The staff were friendly, and the bike was ridiculously cheap.

We just had the absolutely best experience here purchasing our little dude’s first set of wheels, the lady (I’m so sorry I didn’t grab her name) was so unbelievably patient and lovely to deal with. Well definitely be back just because of the service alone!

Used to be just around the corner in Baldivis but still worth the drive. Huge store with everything you could want. Definitely not just a K mart for cyclists or a Jim's bikes kind of store. Staff are genuinely enthusiastic friendly and helpful. Always willing to take the time to help and answer any questions. Bike place may well be the oracle for cyclists.

I just popped in for a look and they he'd exactly what I was after and great service and very patient. I'll be definitely recommending others to check their shop out.

I took my e scooter there just to tighten the brakes and even though they don’t work on e scooters they happily helped during the busy hours and did everything completely free such great staff 👍

Really nicely shop layout. Friendly, helpful staff and the added bonus of delicious coffee and food, very affordable pricing. They have thought of everything with bike racks on the wall for people who'd like to stop for a coffee and warm blankets for the chillier days. Bike servicing, current on trend bike wear and a very knowledable staff base make for a very enjoyable experience.

After lots of searching around for a new bike I found the best deal at The Bike Place. All the staff I dealt with were helpful and knew their stuff and they had the bike ordered in and ready for pickup in just over a week. I got a good deal on some lights in the end of year sale as well. Highly recommended
