Went to Harvey Norman to look at fridges & buy elsewhere as they removed the old fridge. Learnt Harvey Norman does remove old appliances. Great knowledge, listened to my wishes, pros & cons to my picked selection on fridges etc. Also, I took my measurements of the kitchen cavity for the fridge (EXTREMELY IMPORTANT). I thoroughly recommend Harvey Norman, Port Kennedy for fridges. Actually, everyone in each department knows thorough information on departmental products. Hence I have spent $$$ in Harvey Norman. I ordered a special photo & frame online for an upcoming family birthday not realising this comes from the Eastern States with a 14 day rutn-around. The lovely young gentleman at the Port Kennedy Phito centre helped me by printing and providing a frame straight away so we didn't miss the special birthday. Thank you so very much for all your help.

I had a very bad leak with my LG washing machine, so much so it started tripping out house power. I live 3.5 Hrs from Perth, contact LG and they were not helpful at all asking that my wife take it 150 km round trip to be inspected before they would do anything about it. I rang Steve the owner of Harvey Norman Port Kennedy and explained the problem to him, he was extremely helpful in arranging for a replacement within a day to be to be driven 700 KM round trip. I would like to express my extreme gratitude to him and his employee Andrew who removed and installed the new / old unit as i work away. Truly exceptional service that i cannot recommend enough

Staff were very helpful. Great range of products at very reasonable prices. Furniture is quite expensive but the quality is next to none.
Purchased a washing machine and scooter and will be back for sure.

I rang Harvey Norman this morning asking if they had the JBL Boombox 2 on display as I wanted to hear it first before purchasing and Adam said they didn’t have one on display but to come down and he would simply get one out of the box so I could have a listen. Let me quickly say I went to Good Guys in Mandurah yesterday and asked the same question and the salesman replying yes we have 5 in stock but sorry none on display, and I can’t get one out of the box as I have no room for it on the shelf anyway….what shocking service. Anyway getting back to Adam, unfortunately they didn’t have the Boombox 2 in stock , but sold me the Boombox 3 at a reasonable price that I couldn’t say no. Well done guys, we live in Dawesville and will travel the extra mile next time to shop at Rockingham…Jean and myself were very impressed with both of your service.

People are lovely and look presentable, place is clean and tidy, not too loud or crowded, layout is awesome, staff are friendly and helpful, got help finding 2TB hard drive, then help finding the cheapest alternative by the same brand, also helped with the alarms before it was an issue. Highly recommended, thank you for the great service!

I bought a laptop and some accessories for my daughter, and was served by Ian. He was very knowledgeable about the stock in store, and was a great help to me when choosing the right things for her needs.

I bought myself a new laptop here and had a great experience. I was helped by Ian, he wasn't pushy at all, very knowledgeable of all product's and did a great job of upgrading some of the components to give it some extra performance. Over all a great experience, I will definitely be coming back!
