Matchbox

I go to DFO Perth very often. A staff there - TAYLA impressed me every time. She’s pleasant, excellent customer service, excellent product knowledge and genuinely care about you and listen to your needs.
She consistently exceed my expectations every time. Tayla is the reason why I only go to Matchbox at DFO for kitchen accessories.
She’s a shining example to the retail industry - thank you so much for having Tayla at the store.

I went into Matchbox recently and was looking at knife sets as I have seen a set I liked in another similar retailer but wanted to check out my options and I am so glad I did! I was served by Tayla, who educated me around the quality and how knifes are made and was given some reccommenations which met and exceeded my needs. I am yet to purchase but because of the customer service, I will definitely be purchasing from Matchbox at the Perth DFO. Thanks again Tayla :)
