Awesome selection of candy/sweets/lollies and savoury snacks from around the world. The service is outstanding. Special mention of the American employee on Friday (23/12/22). She helped me find the right gift for my boss. Thank you!

Nice shop. Everything displayed nicely . Reasonably priced and product was fresh. May I recommend the sweedish fish and the Red liquorice Vines.I received good customer service from a polite young lady.

Kids loved it

Visited the store today and went to purchase a gift for my dads birthday since this store was recommended to me by a friend, my experience was horrible, I was met by an older women with a hat who had a very rude tone and seemed very disinterested.
I tried to ask for a price of a product but I got no response, so I decided to leave.
Customer service skills really need to improve.

Went to this shop in a good mood - left with an awful after taste. Was standing waiting to pay for a long time and then realised that cashier was standing outside and filming two children who were playing festive violin outside ( fee days before Christmas). She finally came in ( woman with American accent) and aggressively expressing " those kids are driving me insane, they should have licence!! ". To what I replied " it's just kids practicing and playing instruments. She needs to take it easy. But she was going on and on, about licence and how she want to get police, very negative, aggressive and kinda crazy tbh. Music was barely heard inside and it's Christmas for god sake!
I was shopping on a same street for some time and she was constantly standing there sticking her camera into kids faces!! You are the CANDY SHOP!!! Someone who is so obviously hate kids and so aggressive towards them should not be there.
Saw mum outside after, who was in absolute shock from this, and said kids been playing here every Christmas and police absolutely don't mind.
The cashier also said " they pushing customers off" - which as a customer I can say - false. Negative, aggressive attitude puts customers off. - I will lever go to this store again and won't recommend, to avoid such a character.

The lollies are rock-hard and flavourless. So much for gummy-bears. Taste more like cough lollies than honey. Thoroughly disappointed. Service was great but quality of the product was severely lacking.
