the girls at Pilgrim in Myer Sydney city were amazingly helpful, tracked down a dress for me that was out of stock everywhere in NSW, called me to purchase over the phone, had it express posted, and followed up to make sure it had been sent on time. They really went out of their way to help me and I really appreciated it.

Absolutely disappointed with Pilgrim! Bought cargo pants, encountered a zipper design flaw that made them uncomfortable. Despite providing images and expressing my concerns, they refused a return, hiding behind their rigid good-luck policies. Regrettably I lost $50 but Pilgrim has lost a once-loyal customer. Customer satisfaction matters, and Pilgrim missed the mark.

I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the quality of a $200 dress I purchased from Pilgrim Bondi for an overseas wedding. After wearing the dress for just one day, I noticed multiple threads coming loose. Unfortunately, when I contacted the team at Pilgrim Bondi, they refused to accept the return of the faulty product and even suggested that I caused the threading myself. This response did not instill confidence in their customer service or the quality of their dresses.

What further concerns me is that the staff mentioned ‘I wouldn’t find any dresses with threading like that because they remove them from the floor’. This raises doubts about the overall quality of their products and customer service since I had 3 conversations where I was having to push for them to understand my perspective and consumer rights - making me feel like such a fool right in the middle of Myer Bondi. I did not look for any loose threads when I purchased since it was in Myer, and the dress was very expensive, I didn’t think I would have to.

As someone who was hoping to wear this dress again, I am deeply disappointed by this experience. I will not be purchasing from Pilgrim clothing in the future, and I strongly encourage others to consider alternative options. A dress at this price point should be able to withstand a formal wedding without falling apart after just one day.

I ordered 3 dresses from their website and after a day I received the cancelation email without any apology or explanation. If their website system so weak that cannot update the stock availability why they even have the online purchase option. The customer service is zero and no respect to customers time and support. Really disappointed!

Refused to return my item that was not worn, tags and swing tags still attached. Customer service of pilgrim (NOT Myer) has extremely bad customer service.

Geez look at this place

No service at all . Poor quality.
